I messaged BestTech regarding a quote to have my ac unit serviced earlier today and had a response in less than 5 minutes. He was able to schedule me same day and arrived 3 hours later, on time. During his initial inspection he found out that there were several things wrong and that a tune up would not fix the issues. He explained what was wrong in detail and provided pricing and different options I could take to fix the issues. He did not charge me, as the tune up was not worth doing and provided all the information I needed in order for me to do my research and decide what route I want to take. He went above and beyond to assist and educate on what the issues were. He was not pushy for me to decide what I wanted to do. At the end, he did not charge me for the service call and just wanted to make sure I knew of all the issues so I could make the best informed decision for my situation. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a quality, honest company to work with.

Josue came out yesterday for an AC maintenance and did a great job. He showed up on time, was respectful, and really knew what he was talking about. He walked me through the process and explained everything clearly. He also pointed out a couple of issues with my unit, gave me a fair price, and offered me multiple options without any pressure. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend him.

Josue and his team did an outstanding job on our home. From the start, he set himself apart by taking the time to provide a thorough, on-site evaluation and a detailed quote—far beyond what other contractors offered.

We had been dealing with uneven cooling, with two bedrooms consistently running very hot despite the thermostat being set to 70°F during the summer. I suspected poor duct layout was the issue, and after getting five different quotes, every contractor told me there was no attic access to redo the ductwork. Their only solution was mini-splits, with estimates ranging from $16,000 to $21,000.

Josue approached the problem differently. He personally went into the attic, recorded video, and clearly showed how he could create an access point to reach and fix the problematic ductwork. Instead of pushing a more expensive alternative, he provided a solution that addressed the root issue.

He ultimately quoted us for a full ductwork redesign and system replacement at a very fair and reasonable price, using a high-quality American Standard system. Throughout the process, he was extremely responsive to my questions via text and was easy to coordinate with.

Josue and his crew completed the entire project—including demo, redesign, and installation of new ducts and system—in just two days. The results have been excellent.

I’m very glad we found Best Tech and will absolutely consider them for future projects. It also feels great to support a local business and neighbor. Thank you to Josue and his team for their hard work—we couldn’t be happier with our new system.
