I messaged BestTech regarding a quote to have my ac unit serviced earlier today and had a response in less than 5 minutes. He was able to schedule me same day and arrived 3 hours later, on time. During his initial inspection he found out that there were several things wrong and that a tune up would not fix the issues. He explained what was wrong in detail and provided pricing and different options I could take to fix the issues. He did not charge me, as the tune up was not worth doing and provided all the information I needed in order for me to do my research and decide what route I want to take. He went above and beyond to assist and educate on what the issues were. He was not pushy for me to decide what I wanted to do. At the end, he did not charge me for the service call and just wanted to make sure I knew of all the issues so I could make the best informed decision for my situation. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a quality, honest company to work with.
