Jesus answered the phone very professionally and had the available time to see me in the same day with in a hour time frame. Last year I bought a fixer upper house with no landscaping and a yard overgrown with trees, I spent 6 months going through quotes to landscape the front yard and clean out all the trees/weeds in the backyard. I was about to go with my neighbor's unlicensed gardener who my neighbor swears by and then...

Then one day I received an advertisement for Green Touch on my door step. I rarely consider these advertisements that starts collecting at my door. But after checking their awesome yelp reviews, their portfolio on the website and knowing they were licensed, I gave Green Touch a call. I thought to myself, one more quote won't hurt. Fil the owner came out to give me a quote on the following: removal of 17 trees, prune 3 trees, stump grinding, weed removal, grading, sprinklers, sod, flower beds with borders, flagstone pathway and uplighting. Yup, I needed someone who was willing to give me quote on all this and more.

Guess what, I choose to work with Fil for many reasons. Fil price was competitive, he was licensed, had liability insurance for his workers, he was detailed in his quote, gave me a computer design of the yard, responds quickly to emails, texts and phone calls, and I respect his professionalism. What was more surprising, was the job started on time and ended on time. I don't expect contractors to stay on a timeline, but Fil did and I can't complain. Additionally, Fil met with my husband and I before work, at lunch and after work to ask us for feedback before moving forward. I 'm always nervous when my husband deals with contractors because his perfection mode can be overwhelming for anyone. My husband is OCD and he loved Fil for being just as OCD as he is.

The end product, is the front yard I always wanted and a backyard cleaned up from all the fruit and overgrown trees. Even my neighbor hired him to clean up his trees in his backyard. The next project is grading the back yard, sprinklers and new sod. And yes, we will hire Fil again.

Just had a tree removal done by these guys this morning. Amazing job, clean, friendly and professional. They gave me a great price and even cleaned up some of my mess(leaves and such) that was there before them! :) Just got my quote yesterday and the job is already done and it's only 10am. I highly recommend these guys. I will definitely be calling for future services.

I hired Fil to replace the landscaping at my house in July-August, 2020. His crew was great and they did a good job. A couple months after they finished many of the plants died. I sent photos and asked Fil to replace them. He told me we needed to wait until it was warm again. I contacted him in May, when he said he would replace the dead plants. Nothing happened in June even though I contacted him again. Nothing happen in July, so I contacted him again in August and asked for a refund so that I could just buy the plants and replace them myself. On August 13 he said he needed a week and then he would send me the refund. It is now September 14 and I still have dead plants (more have died in the meantime), no refund and not a word from Fill.

Fil contacted me after this review appeared and delivered the refund.

Fil and his excellent crew just finished removing four huge trees for me. The trees were lifting my garage slab, one neighbor's patio slab and another neighbor's wall and they had to go. The crew was scheduled for 7:30 a.m. and arrived at 7:00 a.m. both days. The crew just got their gear, went to work and worked steadily until quitting time. There was no loud music, to laughter, no gossip and no "F" words bouncing around. They behaved like true professionals, did an excellent job and left the place absolutely clean. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone.

Fil and his crew were fantastic!! They trimmed all of my trees (including a giant Ash over 120 feet tall) with enormous care and precision. I truly admire their skill, attitude and professionalism and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!

Well we have been with out hot water for 4 1\2 weeks we gave them money to install a water heater it's been a week since they said they put it in but they never showed up we have called many times no response. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever! I called Roberto H.(Also answers to Robert) a few days ago for an estimate. He came over the next day with an extra friend. He came in, we both wore masks. I showed him the items that need repairing. He have me his quote. I thought it was a little high. But we agreed. He set the date and time . Saturday at 8am. It was a little early for me, but I agreed. So, on the Saturday that we agreed, I waited till 8:30. No sign of him. So I sent a text, asking if he was still coming. The text replied that It was blocked. So, then I called, that was blocked too. After several calls. I knew this guy, was not coming at all. This guy didn't bother to call me and say he couldn't come or changed his mind. He should not be trusted for any work needed. ROBERTO IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. Sorry for the long complaint.
