They always do a great job. I have dogs and I have to wash the carpet at least one time a year, they left the carpet like new. The personnel is nice and polite. I'm always call them, 3 years already with them.

I love this company! They are clean, polite, on time, Covid sensitive and show up masked and ready to go. With two dogs and a cat they take care of my flooring so it looks and smells like new every time. I’ve been using them for over 20 years and Couldn’t recommend them more!

I was a little nervous cleaning my new carpets for the first time, however Hayden of Expert Carpet Care did a great job. I highly recommend this company!

I normally don't take the time to leave reviews but my experience with this company was SO HORRIBLE I feel compelled to do so in hopes to save you from the same horrible experience. First my appt time was between 8 - 10 am. The first tech had car problems so at 11 another guy shows up to do a basic cleaning of 3 rooms for $69. He doesn't arrive with a van with professional grade cleaners. Instead he pulls out of his tiny car a shampooer just like my mom used to own back in the day. Then he tells me that the basic cleaning will not remove the small stains that those will be additional charges but in order for them to be removed it will require each room to be deep cleaned which will run $130 per room. So I tell him ok. I want one of the 3 rooms deep cleaned for $130 and just a basic cleaning for the other two rooms. So he texts the office and comes back at me with, the two rooms will now cost me $49 each for the basic cleaning and $130 for the one room to be deep cleaned at $130 plus taxes and fees for a grand total of $260. BUT before he gave me the total he asks me if I will be paying cash. That was odd. Why? Does it change the price if I pay by check or card? (Which now I wished I had) upon him preparing to leave I asked him for my receipt. He tells me the office will send me one. How? They don't even have my email. So now, I've just paid him $260 cash plus a $30 tip and I've got no receipt. Naturally I called the office right away and they tell me of course they will email me an itemized receipt and then they ask me how much I paid! Huh? Shouldn't you know this? So I tell her and she says they will send me a receipt of payment shortly. I never received it. So yesterday, day 2 I call their office again asking for a receipt and this new lady says sure, no problem. Your total was $219 correct? I said NO I was told by your tech that I owed him $260. She paused and said she will contact the tech to find out what he had done and send me an itemized receipt. Of course that never happened. Then today, day 3 I called again and this time they just refused to answer any of my calls. On top of not being sent a receipt and now being ignored completely, our carpets look exactly as they did before he showed up. No improvement what so ever in any of the rooms including the one deep cleaned. Please do not get ripped off by this company. Please do your due diligence and ask questions about their service in depth. The type of machines they use. The chemical treatments they provide. How they back their guarantee and DO NOT PAY WITH CASH and DEMAND a receipt. I feel like a total moron for not doing these things. I was completely ripped off by this wanna be company.

I highly recommend Expert Carpet Care! They recently cleaned my carpet, kitchen floor, entry way tile, and three upholstered chairs. Jim and Angel arrived on time and were so efficient, thorough, and helpful.They did an outstanding job (and I'm picky!). Everything looks like new! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Great company, great people!

This company did an outstanding job for me and I highly recommend them for all your carpet care! Their customer service is also outstanding with many very caring employees. I searched the internet and found them. I had them take two very large all wool carpets for cleaning. These carpets had very vivid colors that tend to bleed and the wool also sheds. I talked with Brad by phone and told him all my fears and expectations for cleaning these rugs. Commercially cleaned rugs often leave a sort of sticky feel to the rugs -- absolutely do not my rugs to feel that way. Also, the fibers seem to be kind of stuck together and look swirled in the direction of the machine. He understood, came to my house to see them and assured me rugs would be fine. The colors also bleed a little and he told me they have a product the put on the fibers to minimize bleeding. Well, long story short, my rugs came back yesterday and they are better than new -- seriously. The colors are move vivid and the fibers a soft and smooth. They are just beautiful, beyond my expectations. I also needed the rugs earlier that expected and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I seriously cannot tell you how beautiful my rugs are thanks to this company. My deepest thanks to all the employees and I'll be sending two more rugs again soon!! I highly recommend this company !!

This company really lives up to its name. The technicians are truly "EXPERTS "! They took the time to clean every inch of my carpets and moved furniture with out any damages. The technicians are very friendly and so polite. My home smells so fresh and clean. Thank you Expert Carpet Care.

This is the 2nd time we've used Expert Carpet Care. Brad was great getting us scheduled the same week. Very courteous and professional on the phone. Hayden came out to clean 3 rooms of carpet and an area rug. We had some spots from traffic and slight water staining due to a washing machine spout that loosened itself. All spots are not longer visible and the carpet looks brand new. Hayden was professional, on time, and very respectful of our home. We will definitely call on Expert Carpet Care the next time we need our carpets cleaned!

I have used this Company many times over the years. I am always extremely impressed with them. Jim, the owner is so knowledgeable and helpful. Brad is so accommodating and has excellent customer service. Hayden who cleaned my carpets this time was FANTASTIC! He is also very knowledgeable and personable. My carpets came out so clean and look like new! I couldn't be happier with their service.

We had Expert Carpet Care come out and clean our carpets which were overdue for it. Our neighbors used them and we both purchased our carpets from the same store. They were one of the companies recommended. Our technician Hayden arrived on time. He measured and gave us the price. We felt it was a fair price and he immediately started vacuuming the areas. He then started at the back of our condo working to the front, explaining wear patterns. Our carpets look like new. Thank you so much.

Excellent cleaning services for laminated floors (Luxury Vinyl Flooring), hardwood floors, and carpeting. This company cleaned, sealed, and protected my kitchen five years ago and it lasted until recently. Got it re-done today and it looks brand new. Absolutely superior service!
They clean all surfaces. Jim, the owner, says "If you walk on it, we can clean it!"
