Our technician was top-notch. We had multiple visits due to issues with our AC unit and he resolved everything efficiently. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also cleaned the exterior unit and replaced the indoor filters. The improvement is noticeable - I can finally enjoy a cold space without having to bundle up. After three weeks of heat without AC, it's been a game-changer.
