Answered phone when I called after 5 pm. Set up appointment for next day to give estimate before I left for work the next morning. At that time in the morning then set up an appointment to do the repair when I got home from work in the afternoon that same day. And at the estimate appointment , he did a temporary fix in the morning so family had water because I had to shut off the main water supply due to nature of leak. On time for both appointments. Answered all my questions before during and after the work. Bottom line, easy to work with and quality work!

Our main sewer line, from our house out to the city line, about a 70 foot distance, was clogged. The problem was that tree roots grew into the earthen pipe and ruptured the pipe in several places. We had a temporary fix but the problem would return in a few month. We needed to install a liner inside the broken earthen pipe. We got several estimates. However, The Drain Doctor Pro was the most promising. Greg came out the same day and explained the procedure. He ran a camera through the damaged sewer and took pictures the same day. He then used a rotor water jet cuter to clean out all the roots from the pipe and gave us a six month warranty. Greg and his Drain Doctor Pro crew returned several months later and in about 6 hours completed the entire job. They did a great job. Richard responded quickly to my call about my water heater and originally set up an appointment for the following day then called me back w/15mins to see if I was avail the same day. Within 1.5 hrs of my original call he was at my house, quickly diagnosed my tankless water problem and quoted me a great price for the repair. Highly recommend and I will use again.

Wow!! My goofy husband bought a commercial hot water heater! We didn’t know what to do when it arrived! Richard came in and knew exactly where to put it and zip bang boom! We have an awesome water heater that only heats up when it is needed! Clean, knowledgeable, and friendly!
We will be calling him back to in stall a hot water recirculating pump to save on water usage! Use this guy! He is GREAT!!!

Mark came out, tightened a part on my shower, was supposed to come back when a part was ordered as well as reattach my shower fixture. I paid him $150 and it is going on 2 months now with no response. I have called and left 4 voicemails. My dad called and left 3 voicemails. NO RESPONSE.
Had I known about his lack of integrity I would have not hired him to begin with.

A Max Plumbing was very punctual and very professional. When he got here, he provided me with very matter-of-fact information, which I very much appreciated. My setup was not exactly as expected, but he was absolutely able to handle everything. I will be contacting him for future projects.

A Max came out to repair a slab leak. The job required underground leak detection, removing tile, breaking up concrete, fixing the leak, and then pouring concrete, and laying tile again. They were prompt, professional, and had all the equipment needed to handle the situation in-house, which allowed them to keep things affordable. They finished the same day. Will definitely be calling them for any further plumbing needs.

My neighbor across the street actually mentioned Greg after I spent all morning calling places that were either booked out for a month or wanted a crazy amount just to show up.
