We had a great experience with SERVPRO. Neomy handled our project from start to finish, and everything was done smoothly and professionally.
They cleaned out and fully sanitized our unit, and now it’s fresh, odor-free, and ready to rent. On top of that, they quickly took care of our flooring issue—replacing the damaged floors with new vinyl in no time. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.
Neomy was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions, and stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process. We also appreciated how organized everything was—she provided all certifications and receipts promptly after final payment.

Noemi and Carlos of ServPro Bellflower were amazing from the 1st day they came to our house!! Courteous and professional are to be expected but they go beyond that. We had major water damage and were out of our house for months right when Covid was hitting. They took my phone calls day and evenings and weekends. They are full service they packed us out and even assisted us with ease when we had to locate something, they got rid of all the water dried us out and moved us back in. Again Full Service.!!! Noemy, Benjamin & their crew were very quick to respond to my call about a burst water pipe at my dad's house in Lakewood. They were very professional, arrived within minutes, and were quick to rectify the water damage. It was a major leak (over 4 inches of water under the house). We were so satisfied with the water damage mitigation, that we hired them to do the restoration. Manuel and his crew have vast construction experience. They worked long hours and over the weekend to allow us to have my father's memorial & family Christmas party at the house that had been where our family celebrated Christmas for 60 years. It was so important to us and they understood it. In addition to replacing all the hardwood floors, repairing the sub floors, repairing the lath and plaster walls, painting, installing new baseboards and door casings, they always cleaned up their work every day. Whenever we had a question or issue to address, they got back to us immediately. . Noemy was a joy to work with and she helped us make decisions that made our dad's house look beautiful, Noemy, Manuel, Benjamin, Carlos & all were like part of our family during the whole project! I would recommend them to anyone!

I removed carpeting from large living/dining/hallways area and it was an awful mess underneath, with sticky padding and bad smell. Cleaning that much floor was beyond me, so I hired Servpro Bellflower to do the job. The crew arrived promptly, got right to work, and really got that hardwood cleaned up and smelling great from years under that nasty carpeting. I also had them throughly scrub down the very grimy kitchen. Walls, ceilings, cupboards, flooring, and cabinets. It looked amazing when they were done!

I would also like to add they were very helpful with assisting me in removing some items that I couldn't move myself. They were very careful and respectful of two large, very heavy china cabinets that couldn't be moved very far. They still managed to clean under those items very thoroughly.

We had an unfortunate problem with a water leak in our condominium and hired ServPro/Bellflower who did an excellent job with the mold remediation. Noemy was our lead company contact and she managed the job seamlessly. We also used them to remodel the master bathroom that was damaged by the mold and they did a very professional and beautiful job. I highly recommend ServPro/Bellflower as a very honest and professional service that you can trust.

I have nothing but praise for this company. The project manager was easy to work with. The workers were meticulous and careful. They showed up when expected and when finished for the day they made sure their area was clean before they left. When a repair to the ceiling did not look perfect, they redid it until it was. I would highly recommend them.

Remediate pest (rat) damage. I am extremely happy with the service provided. Multiple rooms required floor cleaning and one required carpet removal. First contact inspection and estimate was easy and professional. The actual work was done well and with minimal disruption to me and my pets. All staff were friendly and informative. I unreservedly recommend this company's services and would definitely use the again.
