Antonio was recommended by another contractor, and I’m glad he was. I had some yard drainage issues, and he came by within a few days of our first contact. He’s very professional and knowledgeable, and recommended a French drain system and a crawlspace sump pump. Antonio was there from the first to the last day of the project, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. He and his crew worked quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail, completing the job ahead of schedule.

Even after the work was done, Antonio remained responsive to my questions and concerns, even came by on a weekend to help. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again on future yard projects.

Antonio did a great job on our retaining wall.  The old wood one was sagging and about to fall over.  His team replaced it with a wall with steel beams and large wood cross members.  I was very impressed by his dedication to quality construction.  This wall is not going anywhere for a long time.  I was also impressed by how organized his team was.  They showed up every day on time and left on time.  They finished on time and on budget.  Whenever I had questions or any concerns Antonio was right there to answer!  Thanks to Antonio and his team for an amazing job!

Antonio, Alex, and the entire team have really wowed us with their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to a strong work ethic and standard. Our front yard, side walk, and backyards were in terrible shapes. We knew something needed to be done. We interviewed many contractors and decided to go with them because their price was competitive, and more importantly, they came highly recommended by another contractor. Antonio was professional from the start. He was on time and explained things in details.

He pointed things out that no other contractors had mentioned. Throughout the entire process, the team worked hard and always cleaned up. We had friends over during the construction, and they could not believe how clean they've kept the site. Antonio told us they'd be done in two months, which was reasonable given the scale of the works. However, they finished way ahead of schedule. The works we have done were: demolition of concrete, removal of trees (one with a large root that took days to completely eradicate), pouring new cement, building a new deck/fence/gate/side concrete walkway, planting of plants and a fruit tree, installation of drainage system, irrigation, and sports net to keep ball within our yard, install poles for string lights just to name a few. We were incredibly impressed with the end result. They continued to come back after the project was done to help with a couple of loose ends.

Our family have and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and families!

During the initial visit he took the time to understand the drainage issue and conduct a few tests to find the root cause. His deep experience helped him diagnose the issue and propose a straightforward solution, while several other providers came back with much more complex (and more expensive) solutions because they had not taken the time to understand what was really happening.

After we agreed to a fair price, he scheduled me for service. He ended up having availability open up sooner so he was able to move me up. On the day, Antonio and his team were on site on time and put in a lot of labor to solve the problem. The work was high quality and I am satisfied that the drainage issues were solved. Highly recommend Antonio for your landscaping and drainage needs.

Ground Logic did an excellent job installing the artificial turf and paver patio in my backyard. Sean's advice on the yard design was very valuable. The crew arrived punctual every morning and paid great attention to all the small details. I highly recommend hiring them.

Workers arrived on time, were professional and very skilled. Did a fabulous job and I will definitely hire them again. Sean checked in often and early, I didn’t have to chase him down as he is very proactive. One of the best experiences with a contractor I’ve ever had.

We got several bids to install artificial grsss to our front and back lawns. They were not the cheapest, but easily the most professional .
They arrived on time, with 7 people, all related, worked like a well-oiled machine, and had the job done in one day. All of the ee’s were very polite, and neatly dressed. They fixed a leaking valve, dug down to repair a broken pipe that I wasn’t aware of. When they finished, the area was completely clean. Their price was very reasonable and Sean was very accessible throughout the whole process. We were and are delighted with the result, and Wohl strongly recommend them.

Sean was a joy to work with -- from what I envisioned with my patio garden refresh, to choosing the plants together and the design layout. I'm really pleased with the result, and grateful to him and his team for taking such good care of me!!

Ground Logic is amazing! The owner, Mr. Gerace, is one of the most skilled, dedicated, and fair managers I’ve ever worked with. From the planning stages to completion, he helped me understand every step of the process. He provided great suggestions and recommendations, and I’m so happy with his landscaping design and execution. I highly recommend Ground Logic!

Sean had excellent communication and was very transparent about the scope of work. He met with us and meticulously reviewed the details of our walkway project. The brick walkway followed our suggested path to a “T”. The workers paid attention to detail and the job was well done and to our satisfaction. We have had numerous neighbors compliment the walkway; it really connects seamlessly to the existing porch.

We were so pleased with the outcome of the walkway that we hired Ground Logic to fill in part of our back patio. We had them move existing pavers from a back area to a recently remodeled portion of the patio, where there was an unsightly gap. They weaved in these pavers seamlessly with the old.

Sean did an amazing job installing pavers and artificial turf in my backyard. I have seen many paver installation where the paver has some 'unevenness' after installation. But not with Sean's work. Sean's team did an amazing job that the pavers now look beautiful and even. The artificial turf looks amazing too!

Francisco and his team were great to work with and I highly recommend them. We did some tree work and built a concrete retaining wall and the result was exactly what we hoped for. They worked very quickly and were very communicative via text and phone on the status of the project and any questions that came up.

Francisco came by on short notice to repair a major leak in the main water line to our sprinkler control box. He was fast, professional, and did great work. No awesome pictures to share as the work was all done underground!

We’ve used Zarco Gardens Landscape for 10+ years and they are phenomenal. Francisco Zarco doesn’t just mow the lawn; he truly cares for the health of the entire yard. He is incredibly flexible and has gone out of his way multiple times to do a "pre-event" cleanup before we had guests over, ensuring everything looked perfect. Reliable, tidy, and always has a great attitude. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!
