Love! I called and they were able to come out the same day. Michael was so helpful by educating me on how to maintain the carpet and keep up with the pet stains. Jesse was so nice and did such a great job and was very quick! I love how they call before they come out as well so you can prepare for their arrival. I can't say enough great things about this company and crew. We have used them for years and they are consistently on time, professional, careful, kind and considerate. Jessie and Angel leave our wall to wall carpeting looking like new. They give us tips on maintenance. This week we had a disastrous spill and Mike was nice enough to find a way to fit our job in even though they were incredibly busy. They left the carpet in wonderful, restored shape. They are utterly reliable and very talented. AND their products are non toxic which is very important to us!

Not often do you see a company with this many reviews and a 5 Star rating when you do it is usually for good reason. You can fake a few, but when you get this many reviews and still have 5 Stars... it is because you serve your customers the right way!

Jesse and Angel came to my house and cleaned a large area rug. They did a very thorough job and gave me some recommendations on how to clean an old armchair that wasn't a good candidate for their machine. I won't hesitate to use them again. Peninsula Chem-Dry's green-certified cleaning process left our light-colored rug looking brand new after years of use in a house with two cats. I highly recommend it!

My positive impression began when owner Mike answered my inital call and patiently took time to respond to my questions and give me an estimate based on my particular request. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Jessie & Angel arrived as a team to clean the multiple area rugs in my home. They did a terrific job. The rugs look like new, dried quickly & never left any chemical odor. Jessie offered good suggestions for maintaining them. Hired this service to clean my stairs and hallway, which were desperately in need of a deep clean. The team of Jesse and Angel were highly professional and did a thorough job and basically restored the carpet beyond what I thought was possible! When I say professional here is what I mean: they called notifying me they due to arrive in 20 minutes; did not enter my home until invited in; wore booties when in my house; had on chem-dry shirts so obviously the crew; worked as a team to get the carpet prepped and deep cleaned; laid down tarps and corner protectors in house; took the time to do the job right. Very pleased with the crew and the results. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

I scheduled a move-out carpet cleaning with Peninsula Chem-Dry. Mike worked with me to figure out a date that worked for my timing. Jessie and Angel arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet and even spent more time working on some of the stains. They didn't just clean the carpet but also the baseboards and gave me clear instructions of how long to let the carpet dry. Will definitely work with them again in the future.

Peninsula Chem-Dry made our carpets go from yucky dirty to amazing clean, like new! Mike was great at communicating to set up the appointment, and our awesome cleaning crew of Jessie and Angel did fantastic work, explained everything well, and were super nice and professional. I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to take some time to recommend this company. We have a white couch that we bought pre-baby/toddler and after 5 years it needed some deep cleaning. Jessie and Angel were able to quickly clean out some old deep stains (prune puree! and other baby/kid related stains). I really thought we'd need to throw out the couch/ottoman, but after these guys came through, both pieces are good as new!

Booking was easy. Company called the day before to ensure the time slot still worked. Jessie and Angel called when they were on their way to give me a better ETA the day of. They were quick to set up. Very professional, answered my questions. Reviewed what I would need to do to have the areas dry, etc.
