We should be used to the yearly floods, but this time it was really bad. Water covered the entire main floor. So we called for professional water damage restoration service, and I can attest with all my heart – they did a superb job, enabling us to return to the house within a week, to a dry and clean environment. Five stars, for sure.

Vacuumed, scrubbed, and rinsed all the carpets in the living room and two bedrooms, completely cleaning them and making them look amazing and fresh. Fantastic service from start to finish, and spectacular results. Stains vanished and the carpet fabric is undamaged.

I rarely write something of negative. Talking at the phone, asked email to write some questions, price and extra services, and she put the phone down. Not professional (I think).

Then came home early from work to meet him and then he tried to charge me $450 to clean two rooms.
And then walked away out of my door without a word.

The fresh state of my floors is easily worth the time and money it took to get these guys over. Worthwhile for anyone with more dirty carpeting than they have free time and energy.

Had this company over to clean up after a major wine spill. Didn’t get my drink back, sadly, but they got the carpet all nice and fluffy green again like before, and expecting more than that would be unreasonable.
