Great experience with Up2Code! I bought and Installed a new AO Smith hot water heater from Lowe’s which had factory faulty parts and was making a horrible foghorn buzzing sound. I called and spoke to Catherine who was so pleasant and helpful. She worked around my schedule to set up an appointment. Jordan arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and didn’t mind my DIYer questions. Jordan is an overall awesome young man, replaced the faulty factory parts and hung out for a while just to make sure everything was operating correctly. No more foghorn sound and the hot water is flowing once again! Awesome job guys! Thank you
