Called to request a quote for new gutters, said they would only provide a quote is we paid $715 for a gutter cleaning... scam!

Nardi came by to give a quote, he was quick and professional. Unfortunately, that was the last time I could get a hold of both him and the company. After multiple attempts to contact him, I've given up, and went with another company.

Glad I didn't put a deposit down. Look elsewhere.

I have used this company for several years for installation, repairs and cleaning. Their cusomer service and positive attitude makes interactions and scheuling easy. Their work looks good and is sound and sturdy. High recommend for anyone needing gutter work.

I am so Glad I found this contractor. Highly recommended all over the Bay area. I could see reference for their work on Angie's list, Yelp, Home Advisor , google and Everywhere consistently they hold the highest rating. Yanay came over quoted me and emailed over the official quote. The job was preformed same week with the highest quality possible. All personal involved with this installation was extremely professional and courteous from Charlotte at the office, Yanay the estimator and the lead technician Jonny. Definitely recommend to use this guys

These seem like very nice people, they were accommadating on the phone, Erin was very helpful. the estimator arrived on time and was very helpful, saved us money by suggesting we just clean the gutters not put screens on them. They offered a reasonable bid for cleaning and adding a new downspout.
On the other hand they missed the 1st appointment with not so much as a phone call. When i called to ask them what happened, no rational response was heard other then we will reschedule 3 weeks further into the winter. when i objected they set the date for a Saturday only 1.5 weeks away. i felt there was hope for this business. However, they never showed up or called to say they would be late or could not make it for the second appointment. These people must think there time is much more important and valuable then their customers. It appears they did not think twice about wasting someone else's days.
O well, onto another company where the owners care about customers.

Do not hesitate to hire this friendly, reliable and honest company for any gutter or downspout issue you may have. They resolved my issue much faster and more efficiently than I expected.

We wanted to replace our roof and gutters since we bought the house. Since the forecast is for a serious winter we've decided to do it. We've Googled and Yelped and after a few calls, found Sunshine Gutters. The company have great reviews, and they are LOCAL !!
From our first call, we knew this is the company we should go with, very friendly and informative, explained all we needed to know and scheduled to come and give us an estimate. When Nirco, the owner, came for the estimate he was very professional, he gave us all the different options and colors we can choose, and made our decision much easier. The Smartscaping team is meticulous, thorough and perfectionistic. We hired Jonny and his team to renovate our backyard earlier this year after unsuccessful attempts to hire other companies to develop our project. Since the beginning of our renovation, we have had exceptional professional support from the design suggested by Johnny, the execution of the project throughout its completion. I felt very confident that the result would be beyond expectations. There was no need to hire a designer or other professional. His team even suggested the material and enlisted other professionals needed such as a plumber and electrician, which saved me time and a lot of money. Best of all, a project that the other companies estimated would take an average execution time of 6-7 months to our surprise everything was up and running in 3 months and we began hosting social events. I was blown away by their knowledge of renovation and the professionalism of their staff. . I think the photos speak more than my words of thanks – here's the before and after.

Everything about the interaction was extremely positive. The workmen were a pleasure and I am extremely satisfied (and also extremely picky) with the work they did to create a new walkway to my front door. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had lots of problems with the landscaping that Johnny has done for us. The turf started buckling/rolling pretty much right away, which he said was from the weather and he came and fixed. The driveway is on a hill and he initially didn’t put anything to support the pavers and they started to slide and break off, which he also had to come and fix. Later on the sealant between my pavers started to dissolve. He came to fix but without calling or scheduling. I was on night shift and asleep and BOTH cars were in the driveway, so he fixed the part that he could see and never came back for the rest. Now I’m stuck with weeds growing through my turf and my pavers because of the cracks. His projects and pictures look great right after, but the sustainability isn’t there and that’s just what we all want and pay for.

Wow! These guys do amazing work! 40 feet of two different drainage pipes tied into the old corrugated piles. They installed a catch basin and cemented it in place beautifully. Had to dig thru hard clay and move the large gravel. Perfect slope, took the time to make everything right at the connectors to the old system. Highly recommend. Good communication from Johnny. Super polite installers. Even washed down the driveway. Thank you!

Smartscaping made a beautiful redwood fence and two gates for the backyard property. There were some challenging aspects to the job, but they did the right thing and put in the extra effort to make it all work properly.

My partner and I are amazed at the hard work this Co. has done to make our backyard an entertainment place instead of a sandbox for the feral cats in the neighborhood. It is absolutely beautiful. We were finally able to invite family over. The lovely comments from our neighbors is the icing on a yummy cake. The crew was professional, kind, quick. They worked very hard. We were able to be at home to watch. I recommend this Co will not be disappointing.

Excellent work at a fair price. More importantly, the work was performed quickly and very professionally...Johnny's team work very hard and the final product is outstanding. Smartscaping completely renovated my front and rear yards, built a retaining wall and a deck, both of Brazilian Hardwood. I am very pleased with the result and incredibly happy with this company.
