Hired Jose multiple times. Great guy. Trustworthy, great quality of work and always shows up on time. I would certainly hire him again.

They did an excellent job on the construction work. Very professional, on time, and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

We had an old deck that was well past its prime and finally decided to tear it out and start fresh. Jose handled everything — full demo of the original structure and a complete rebuild from the ground up. The finished deck is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we envisioned.

What impressed me most was how clean and organized the whole process was. He kept us informed, respected our home, and the quality of the craftsmanship is something we hear compliments on constantly. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work.

Jose is great -- he helped with a leak in one of our showers and also repaired the drywall afterwards.

Jose takes care of maintenance at our rental and he's been fantastic. From plumbing and fixture replacements to smaller repairs that pop up unexpectedly — he shows up, gets it done, and does it right.

What stands out is his responsiveness. Issues don't sit for days. He's reliable, respectful, and easy to have in your home. As a tenant it means a lot to have someone like Jose in your corner.

Jose and his crew rebuilt both the front and rear decks of our house and did a great job on both. He quoted a very competitive price, consulted about materials, and kept us up to speed on any changes needed as the job progressed. Jose and Casa Imperio provided EXCELLENT work, on time, went the extra mile, always communicated, stayed true to the cost estimate; he was friendly, hard-working, creative, a great problem-solver, and constantly made sure I was pleased with his product. He built a new back porch and stairs for me, which involved tear-down of a very old stucco/wood structure, closing up the opening under the stairs, with new stucco and repainting, then staining the beautiful new redwood stairs. They are a wonderful addition to my home, far safer, and I was delighted to work with him. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Casa Imperio has been amazing to work with on our construction projects. Jose and team did the interior remodel of our unit and restored it back to pristine condition. They also repaired the facade (front sidings). They were very responsive, prompt, affordable and easy to work with. We can’t recommend them enough!

Jose and his team did a fantastic job! I cannot praise them enough. Not only was their work excellent, but Jose is excellent in his communications with us at every step of the way. He would always give us options which most builders don't always do. He is very detail oriented, extremely personable, very honest, very hardworking, flexible if confronted with changing requests and needs, and has a very positive personality with a "can do" attitude. Highly recommend. These guys are honest, do good work, are flexible and a friendly team. I have used them for a garage remodel, plumbing issues, painting, and recommended them to a friend for a studio built out with a new bathroom.
