I hired Crib Buddies to clean a one bedroom apartment after a tenant move-out. The kitchen and bathrooms looked much better after the cleaning, especially the gas range and the bathtub. I recommend their service, as the price and quality are both top notch.

I was skeptical about hiring Mop Riders because of cleaning service I got from a different place of business. But from the very first conversation with Mop Riders, I felt reassured. Mop Riders was easy to talk to, and the cleaning crew was just as easy to talk to.
They entered my home with the utmost respect; went right to work - being thoughtful, safe and courteous.
2 hours later-I felt too dirty to come into my own home because it was so clean. Days later, it’s still clean - it sparkles and lingers with a clean scent. Mop Riders I will see you again soon! Thank you for providing high quality professional service.

They did an amazing job, I was very pleased!! My issue was they were late but I wasn’t aware they have a window of one hour and the ladies made up for being late, they killed it!! I’ve referred you all to my co-worker and I’m thinking of using your service once a month at my new location.

My experience of your maid service is all positive. She made sure to make the oven sparkle using a variety of liquids including Dawn. She made it gleaming like new. We vacuumed using my vacuum with attachments and she got the corners clean. She used a Swiffer dust mop on my bedroom window sills. We used Simple Green ecologically sound floor liquid and my mop to make the floors clean and polished. Thank you, thank goodness for you Crib Buddy!!

My appreciation of my maid’s stellar floor cleaning abilities just increased. She likes to use my vacuum cleaner and it’s attachments to get into dusty corners and cleaning behind boxes. She also dusts window sills and and tops of drawers she encounters. She is cordial and accepts compliments. I feel grateful and great after teaming up with her. The floor has a nice finish from the wonderful mopping she did. Thank you!

My provider is excellent at getting everything really clean. The floors are refreshing to see after she uses the vacuum and mop. I have about an hour and a half’s working with her, so after the sparkly floors we went to the kitchen, where she cleaned (very thoroughly) the sink and countertops. Thank you!

Lawana brings good cheer into my apartment but is totally focused on making my floors shine and be beautiful. I like the fact that we work together and she takes some instructions from me. My space looks wonderful for the next two weeks. For which the company gives me a frequency discount of 23 dollars. Thank you Crib Buddy!

Today Lawana said she had extra energy to do her work. She also converses well in her work. She uses the twist mop and says her family also likes the Simple Green floor liquid I use. It’s ecological and she really likes the scent. Once again Lawana worked very hard. We cleaned a desk I have with Pledge and Windex. Thank you Crib Buddy!

Lawana was so cheerful today that I didn’t want to say goodbye today. She appreciates being compatible. We move my carts and plastic furniture around and she does a really thorough vacuuming and then a beautiful job mopping with the liquid cleaner she always praises. Thank you Lawana and Crib Buddy.

Lawana makes everything sparkle and has a sparkling smile and personality. I have no big furniture except the bed on wheels. We move things out of the way together for the vacuuming and mopping. We also cleared off a desk of mine and used Windex on the glass top and Pledge on the wood. These two activities make my spirits lift. I went outside for a walk in the sunshine afterwards. My house keeper was again very thorough and I’m sorry it was so hot that we only cleaned the floors and no dusting. But I had to make sure Lawana didn’t get too hot. She really is a wonderful cleaner and I am always surprised at how sociable she is and how she lifts my spirits. She is so cheerful. Thank you Crib Buddy and Lawana!

I was lucky to have Lawana today. She was so very cheerful and helpful during a dusting and vacuuming of a corner of my bedroom, including books, sacred art and plastic storage dressers. We finished it after I had been wanting to clean, both of us working on it together. Thank you! She also cleaned the floors in my apartment.

My provider, Lawana, knows a lot about customer service and conversation. She also works very hard and fast, doing the floors beautifully in less than an hour. Today we talked about Christmas and our plans for it. And nonetheless the floors came out shiny, spotless and super clean. Thank you, my housekeeper Lawana.

I requested a moving-related cleaning on short notice they did not disappoint. I was impressed and very satisfied with the quality of the work, as well as the cleaners’ efficiency. The only thing is that they missed a few surfaces in the kitchen, which I had to clean later, but overall it does not detract from my rating.

I am very satisfied with Crib Buddy Maids. Cinthia & Tamara did an excellent job cleaning our place. They were thorough, professional, fast and friendly. They came fully prepared and tackled the cleaning job as a team and finished everything I requested. Mira was my first point of contact and she also had a huge impact on my experience. She was very pro-active, informative, helpful, friendly and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be recommending Crib Buddy Maids to my friends and family.

Everyone was great to work with. Mira was wonderful getting me set up for service and Jasmine and Maricruz were delightful and made my house beautiful. It was a real mess and they did a great job restoring it back to a great apartment for the next lucky renter. Thanks so much to you all.

Mop Riders did an amazing job on my move out cleaning. It did take longer than expected due to the size of the place but they kept me informed the whole time and were super sweet. The place looked so much better and smelled amazing once they finished. I am so thrilled with the effort they put in and the job they did. I'm totally going to call on them again for a cleaning of my new place!

I don't even know where to start with how impressed I am. Booking a time and day was a breeze, staff was SO friendly and understanding and they did an AMAZING job at cleaning my house.

They literally went above and beyond to clean everything. My house smells clean, my house LOOKS clean and it was a very positive experience.

I requested the services that their company offers since I needed professional cleaning done upon moving out of my house. I was stressed about making sure the house was clean with my departure, and I could not have fathomed doing it myself being 9 months pregnant, but they exceeded my expectations and made it very easy to schedule/reschedule, communicate (very kind person always answering the phone and following up), and once it was time for the cleaning, they (Cinthia and Tamara) got the job done very quickly and they did it VERY well- not to mention that they are affordable compared to other Bay Area companies. If I need services in my new home I will definitely be using them.

The maids are pretty solid, Maria double checked with me to make sure all I wanted was my kitchen and bathroom cleaned and mopped the floor before she went.

I had Cinthia and Tamara. I was able to book them last minute. They were both excellent. I only wish I would’ve gotten a call once they realized they needed extra time. I was told after that they stayed 30 minutes extra and so I needed to pay more. Regardless, their work was excellent. Apparently they ran out of time so the deep clean unfortunately didn’t include my refrigerator :( but I’ll probably hire them again for another round in 2 weeks and maybe there will be less cleaning the second time.

Maria and Tamara were my technicians. They were nice, professional and competent. They cleaned the house the way we asked them and they did a great job.

UPDATED: Unethical Conduct and Extremely Disappointing Management

I’m updating this review to warn others about my experience with CribBuddy, whose cleaning staff stole more than $20,000 worth of personal belongings from my home during a scheduled service. This included bags, jewelry, clothing — also just small family items of immense sentimental value that can never be replaced.

I communicated with the company after reporting to the police and gave them every opportunity to address the issue — but they completely ignored me after saying they couldn’t reach the staff. Not a single email, phone call, or apology.

This is morally reprehensible and goes far beyond bad service. This company shows no accountability for a dangerous crime committed on its customers and clearly has no legally required record keeping or safeguard for when something goes wrong when performing their service - how could you trust them to go into your home?

I strongly urge you to stay as far away as you can. Your home and your peace of mind are worth more than this.

It was a wonderful first cleaning experience - the condo is dust-free and very organized. Even though it is kind of difficult navigating to get upstairs to my place, they handled the logistics patiently and were very helpful. The ladies were courteous, diligent, and very sweet to the fur babies. I didn’t specifically look at the products they used for the requested green cleaning but there was zero harsh chemical smell. I am very happy with the results and look forward to having them here for biweekly service.

I absolutely loved my cleaners. They worked very quickly and did an exceptional job of leaving the space clean. I loved how they even cleared up space on my couch and took out the trash/recycling for me which was a nice surprise.

I definitely plan to have them over again on a regular basis!

I was very impressed by how efficiently the two work to complete a deep clean on my kitchen, which has needed it for years. They were very friendly. Not only did they clean, but they thoughtfully arranged and organized appliances and clutter. At first I was surprised, but I have already grown to enjoy the arrangements practicality. The team was quite late, but the company gave me advanced notice of this.

Would book with them again! I’ve had the pleasure of having Cinthia and Tamara as the cleaning professionals and they were fantastic. Fast, efficient, and everywhere looked great! The two of them took a little over an hour to nicely clean my 1 bedroom apartment, and they clean whatever you like. Fair prices and flexible schedule. I booked the appointment with Melissa over the phone who was very kind and helpful. She was able to get me a last minute appointment right before my big party. I’d recommend this company to anyone!

They did an amazing job cleaning the refrigerator and oven/stovetop! The walls were not cleaned, but all the actually dirty stuff that I didn’t want to deal with was cleaned pretty thoroughly. They brought all their own supplies, and weren’t too bothered with my moving out while they were cleaning.

Very satisfied with their service. Will order schedule again.
