We did not have interior window cleaning, only exterior. Al was our technician. He was GREAT. He did an amazing job on the windows, the screens and the skylight. And he showed me how to install the screens on the new windows with the pegs that I always struggle with. His happiness was infectious. He took the three hours he said it would take and I am looking forward to seeing him again in six to 12 months. What a difference! Thanks, Lime and Ali for getting us signed up for your service. The experience was topnotch!
I live in an apartment so they cleaned the inside and the windows they could reach from the balcony.

I am so happy my house is on a hillside and getting to the upper window is difficult. Omar took a second approach with different cleaning detergents when the calcium deposit didn’t come off the window in the first round and they got it so clean it is wonderful. Lime Cleaning was flexible with working out the schedule with mine. In the day of the work, the crew kept up with arrival time and was on time. They kept me updated with every step of the work and they were thorough with theirs. My house is located on the hillside and some windows aren’t easy to get to, but they did. Windows and screens were cleaned and the house is sparkling. Their price was reasonable and good. They left the place clean and I am extremely happy. I will definitely work with them again and I will have them include cleaning solar panels and the sky window next time.

He was incredibly collaborative, listened closely to our needs, and showed great patience while working with our finicky window screens.

He was also very accommodating with our ongoing operations and mindful of our schedule and the patrons on site. I was curious about his cleaning process, and he even took the time to explain and demonstrate how it works — which I really appreciated. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail.
