Devin is the upmost friendliest respectful person I have ever came across, he gets straight to the point always on time very professional, & acknowledged at what he does I have had 3rd Generation come out and do many repairs and installations I can say 10/10 of the times I am very satisfied with the work I will continue to use 3rd Generation they are the best at what they do in the HVAC industry.

Working with 3rdGen Heating and Cooling was a great reminder of what contracting should look like. They were great communicators from the very beginning and followed through with everything that was a agreed on. I'm a General Contractor (Orozcollective Construction Inc) and I needed an HVAC specialist at one of my ongoing projects. The timeline was tight as we found out there was an issue with the furnace late in the project, but 3rdGen did a great job at working with my timeline and getting the job done professionally in the period of time that I needed it complete. Adrian was a pleasure to work with. The job site was always left clean at the end of the day and I never had an issue with him or his crew. The furnace installation passed inspection in a heart beat and we were able to close that job on time. 3rdGen is top of my list whenever I need any HVAC services and would recommend them to any contractor or homeowner with no hesitation.

3GH could not respond to my semi emergency of a tenant without heat but referred me to a person who could. Rudy was very polite and came out the same day in the afternoon and installed a new thermostat. Thank you 3GH for taking the extra step and referring out.

They installed a Mitsubishi mini split. Exactly what I was looking for. Awesome service from Devon and Caesar. My wife loves the temperature control from the Kumo app.

My rented apartment had a gas furnace dying of old age (gas valve gave out, but its replacement showed that other parts were about to die as well). 3rdGen specialists were able to come in on a reasonably short notice and diagnose the problems and provide options for fixing or replacing. Then they came in another day to remove the old furnace and install a new one, all in all took them an afternoon. The newly installed furnace is much better: faster to start, better air flow, takes less time to heat the apartment.

Excellent installation work, very careful and clean in their work.

On recomendation we called 3rdGen, we had an emergency where the ducts were leaking after many years of continuos use. They have the advantage of being associated with a company that detected leaks. Once the lesks were located, they carried out repairs and replacementsof the ducts. We got a quick response and quick turnaround time on repairs. We appreciate the recomendation.

We found a leak in our attic AC unit and 3rdGen Heating & Cooling was able to come out the next day and fix the unit, repair the leak and install a new drainage pan to keep our central air in top shape. Their work was top notch and their customer service and interaction was even better.

I needed more wires for a thermostat so that I could use fan-only mode (and support the new smart thermostats), so they moved it to a location where new wiring could be threaded to the closet containing the furnace.

They did excellent work at a good price!

I got my furnace installed. Setting up my appointment was simple and everything was handled efficiently and on time. Quality job and great customer service, would definitely recommend! :)

They spent three or four hours, fixed my HVAC, capped off a vent and installed a split heat pump. I just knew they would do a good job as soon as met Devin. Thanks!

I called around 8pm and sounded like I got a call center. But within a few minutes I got a call from a tech. And he came out the next morning and fixed my AC. I appreciate the punctuality and professionalism. And of course getting diagnosing the issue quickly and getting it done.

Devin from 3rdGen was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the furnace very quickly, and answered all my questions about the heater (even those unrelated to the work being done). I would definitely use their services again.

Devin was heaven sent! We were out of town when the HVAC issue arose at our short-term rental property. It was 100 degrees outside and inside the house was 87 degrees as our airducts were unexpectedly in need of repair. Devin took my call very late at night, scheduled us for their first appointment at 7 am the following morning. He and his crew took care of the problem and cool air now flows well. Our guests sent us a message to say that Devin fixed the problem and they are now cool and comfortable. I highly recommend 3rdGen for their professionalism, responsiveness and kindliness.
