I called this company up because my furnace broke down this past week and it’s freezing! Turns out it was the thermocouple for the pilot assembly that needed replacement. They had the part on hand and fixed it in 30 min. They were reasonably priced especially for the fast service. Highly recommend

I called this company as I was having issues with our heating system. The appointment was made for the next day as that is when I was available. This company is professional, puntual, hard working and really listened to what my problem was. Devin was so knowledgeable and got right to the issues that we were having—-and then went to check everything and gave us a really good estimate on costs ect and explained what he was going to do and replace. I definitely am going to recommend this business to friends and family—as well as all of you as you won’t be disappointed with their service. This company is great also with Covid protocols as well. Give them a call for sure if you are having heating problems especially with this cold, cold weather having a heater that works is such a necessity!! They don’t disappoint.

Devyn answered the phone a few times while tenant was standing there over me regarding a “heating issue” in our new rental. He was generous and patient and walked me through some steps to see if it helped the problem. He was very straight and honest which is good business. They repaired my Mitsubishi mini split Heat Pump that had a failed pc board after the recent power outages.

Their service is great! We were having problems with our furnace. Adrian got us taken care of fast and our furnace was working better than ever. 10/10 highly recommended.

3rd Gen is very responsive when it came to getting them out to service our commercial HVAC system. Very reasonable pricing and superior customer service. Their staff goes above and beyond to explain the issue and the results of repair. Have called them twice already and have always gotten a quick response and a fast turnaround on repairs. Will definitely recommend this company to family, friends and businesses for referral.

Feeling relieved to have found a reliable HVAC company willing and able to keep up with the demand of our rental properties. They are efficient in making appointments with our tenants and always keep us posted - their billing system is nice too. It's been really cold recently and we've been working with them on several projects. They have been very easy to work with. I'm impressed.

This was the first time using 3rd Gen, and will not be the last. The technicians that came to my property, Devin and Ramon were amazing. They were able to complete all scheduled repairs the same day, and even stayed late on a Friday to get them done. Also, they did all the repairs without any inconvenience to my residents. I have more repairs scheduled and look forward to the same incomparable customer service we received before.

Third Gen Heat Pump was one of the more pleasurable experiences I’ve had in a while. They were the first one to call me back and the first one to show up. They called me 15 min prior to arrival and my broken heater was diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. A definite recommendation for anyone.

This is our 2nd time using 3rd Gen and we could not recommend them enough. Their team is friendly, efficient and very professional. I appreciate their punctuality and willingness to help us understand the problem and how to take care of the items they installed. We had our heater replaced and a/c re-installed this past year and both were very pleasant experiences from start to finish and not to mention their fair pricing. Both ac and heater are functioning perfectly now. Thank you 3rd Gen!

I did not know much about mini splits but now I certainly do. Devin is absolutely amazing. Not only is he very reasonably priced, he is meticulous, methodical and knowledgeable. He and his crew traveled all the way to Modesto to install two mini-splits in my duplex. He even explained things along the way. He was patient and makes certain that the customer is satisfied. Excellent work ethic, professionalism and right on time. Highly recommend 3rdGen Heating and Cooling!

Yesterday we had a Mitsubishi mini-split unit installed by Devin, Will, and Chris (electrician). I must say that the work was done in outstanding fashion. Both the indoor and outdoor units were installed with care and communication with us. I don't think the job could have been done any better. Needless to say, I'm a very happy customer. Plus, I can get about a $2500 federal tax credit because of the high efficiency of the system.

Highly recommend. Talked to the owner directly and he was very knowledgeable and genuine, something hard to find these days. I was very pleased with the installation they did for my inlaws. They switched from gas to a all electric system. They were even able to get a tax credit from doing so. 10/10 highly recommend

Devin was AMAZING!! He came same day to fix my unit and gave me honest pricing to fix my issue. He told me what the problem was and also showed me so I understood. He got my AC up and running within 30 minutes. I will exclusively use 3rdGen going forward
