Unlike most HVAC companies, this company has incorporated CMS technologies so I get confirmation of appointments, texts when they’re on the way, and thorough follow up. They are professional, competent, and a joy to work with.

Andrei and his team just installed a mini-split heat pump. They were phenomenal. They took time to go over options and installed the system in a day and a half. They were very response and checked that it worked to our satisfaction.They even removed my old electric wall heater. Superb service.

They've installed two mini-split heat exchangers for us, and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They're sensitive to aesthetic considerations and more than willing to accommodate preferences. When they leave for the day, whether the job will continue the next day or not, they leave no trace behind. They communicate their schedule in advance, and they use tracking software that announces when they're on their way and shows their progress on a map. They know state laws and city codes. Additionally, they know what clean energy rebates are available, and they handle the paperwork required for them. Plus, they're very responsive to emails and texts. It's lovely to have a cozy house. We give them our highest recommendation.

I can’t speak highly enough of the owners and installers at 1-888-Heat-Pumps. Their price was very competitive and their service was outstanding. When it turned out that more ducts were needed than they originally estimated they put the extra ducts in without any charge. They were friendly, informative, and very professional. They made the installation as convenient as possible and along the way they explained everything that we needed to know about how the systems were installed and how they worked. To top it off they left the house spotless.

Creative thinking about placement of condensers/line sets to minimize aesthetic issues and customer focused all along the way. Yellow Jacket did an excellent job in the installation of my minisplit heat pump. All the various personnel were competent and very easy to deal with. The installation work was efficient and precise. A couple things that stood out were the direct path they provided with regard to rebate info. (not so with another contractor I contacted) . And they also include surge protection for the electrical components on the outdoor unit--paying attention to all the details.

We had 1-888-Heat-Pumps (Yellow Jackets) install a Fujitsu mini split in our living room in early March. We’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well it has worked to heat the whole house very quietly and efficiently. Our cost of heating the house has been greatly reduced without any reduction of our comfort level. We are also happy knowing we have retired our gas burning furnace, thus making our small contribution to reducing greenhouse gasses.

Working with Tenzin, Andrei and the installer team of Drake and Brad was easy as they take their job of helping us, the clients, achieve our goal with friendliness, and efficiency . The installation took most of one day including the complete cleanup at the end of the day.

They installed a mini split heat pump in my older home in an upstairs bedroom. Andrei, as the Installer, answered all my questions taking great care in the placement of the indoor and outdoor units. The work crew, Drake and Jaxon, were on time, respectful, cleaned their work areas, and very efficient completing my project on the early side. I highly recommend them, have recommended them to a friend of mine, and intend to call on them again when I am ready to replace my gas furnace. I am pleased to write this review to help them grow their company.

We had mini-split heat pumps installed and I having nothing but good things to say about the experience. The quote we got was very competitive and the professionalism and knowledge of the products really convinced us to go with 1-888-heat-pumps. I'm glad we did. They were very flexible in scheduling dates that worked for us (we had a number of other projects going on so that was super helpful) and then the installation itself went very smooth. They also helped us navigate a tricky GoGreen loan application and coordinate with a water heater installer to get a heat pump water heater put in at the same time. Now our house is much more comfortable and in the end we will probably save money from the efficiency of the heat pumps!
