Kannen Coffee Espresso Machine repair is such a great place! The proprietor is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
The turn around time (of course depending on the repair), in my case was very prompt, and I was really happy to get my machine back in perfect working order! ( a 20 year old machine, now works like new).
I also was able to purchase a few other essential items for making the perfect cup of espresso.
Also ,I got answers to any questions I had about making the perfect cup of coffee with my machine.

I needed a repair on my 2013 Breville dual boiler espresso machine. Luckily I found Kanen Coffee just about 45 mins from my house. After a helpful email exchange, I made an appointment. Sam met me and asked about my machine. We agreed on a plan to diagnose and then he would provide an estimate to repair. The cost to diagnose would be applied to the repair. I got back the estimate in about 2 weeks, and authorized the repair. A week later, the repair was completed. Sam even posted a youtube video to show my machine working again! I'm very pleased with the quality and responsivness of Kanen Coffee. Also the price was very fair considering the work required. I knew Sam would have to remove the steam boiler, which was quite complicated on the Breville.

I found Kanen Coffee through a search for someone who specialized in espresso and grinder sales. I called and had a very helpful conversation with Samuel who answered questions I had and made a great recommendation on a grinder that I was looking for.

I stopped in a few days later, was able to see the grinder in person and got some helpful tips and walked home with the new Eureka grinder for my setup. Samuel and team are all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend visiting Kanen!

My Breville espresso machine was leaking.....cold water leak. Made my appointment, paid the upfront fee, which applies to the repair, having expectations of a long diagnosis/estimate and repair time. They are quite clear about all this up front. Within the anticipated window, a reasonable estimate provided, I approved, and 2 weeks later was notified it was ready. Machine repaired, in clean condition and works as new again. Highly recommend them......they're busy for a reason. Cheers

It was a great experience getting my 10 year old Jura automatic coffee machine repaired. Kanen Coffee communicated every step of the process very well. After inspection they told me what needed to be replaced and provided an estimate. Once I approved the estimate and the repair complete Kanen Coffee sent a video of the machine working in every function. If repairs are ever needed in the future I have no hesitation bringing it back to Kanen Coffee.

Really helpful small business with detailed knowledge of espresso machines and the patience to share it with customers at a friendly, leisurely pace! They even gave me a taste test of espresso from a machine I was considering purchasing. There was a line of people bringing in all brands of machines for repair and upkeep. I think they have a lot of loyal customers. I will be one!

An old espresso machine gifted to me was badly damaged by some faulty wiring--and me using it past the point I should've known something was wrong. Though it took awhile, the folks at Kanen were able to find several replacement parts and redo the wiring. When I picked it up they explained what they did and why. The machine is now working better than ever.

Kanen Coffee repaired my Delonghi coffee maker. The grinder broke; luckily it was still under warranty and Delonghi authorized Kanen Coffee to fix my coffee maker. They told me it would take up to 6 weeks but I had it back in 2-3. They also sent me a great video of them operating my coffee maker. It made pick-up quick and easy, because they didn't have to demonstrate it while I was there. And I didn't have to worry that it didn't work as I drove it home as they already demonstrated that it does. Overall it was a great experience. Highly Recommend!

Espresso machine was malfunctioning. Kanen scheduled the drop off and repair, listened carefully to my description of the multiple problems, estimated the timing and managed the repairs. They returned my replaced parts so I could see what had gone wrong. Best of all, with the pickup info they sent a video of my repaired machine in action. The team at Kanen Coffee is professional and thorough. I took in an Saeco machine that needed refurbishing and they did a great job. They are busy given the number of machines in their shop and they took the time to tell me what they found and what I can do to better maintain the machine going forward.

Kanen Coffee is a great place to get your espresso machine repaired. I recently too mine in for repair. They communicated with me during the process and completed the repair on time. They fixed what was wrong with it and polished it up, to boot.

Kanen coffee fixed my vintage Pasquini espresso machine and gave it a tune up. It’s running beautifully. They were extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. They went above and beyond solving the issue with my old machine and even contacted Mr. Pasquini himself to get more info on my particular machine that is over 30 yrs old. 5 stars !

Kanen has repaired two espresso machines for me now. Their service is friendly, professional, and top-notch from beginning to end. Their web site is very informative and getting an appointment set up with them is a snap. Their repairs are super thorough. They outline exactly what they did so there are no mysteries. They even send you a video of it in action before you pick it up. So cool! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Wonderful experience. My Izzo Duetto of eight years started developing leaks with the steam boiler letting out steam like a pressure cooker time and again. Took it to the fine folks at Kanen and have a machine that works like the day I first got it! Super friendly staff adds icing on their extremely professional service. Very helpful. I called to ask about repairing my espresso machine and the owner helped me figure out if the issue was economically repairable. He also, per my request, based on his experience on repairing espresso machines, recommended a quality replacement.
I opted to take his advice and researched the recommended product and made the purchase. He also helped me know what repairs he mostly made on the new product, so I could compare that info to the online reviews and make an educated purchase.
I appreciate his willingness to help me, even though I ended up not sending a repair to him. And I would recommend this business, based on my experience today.

Kanen worked extremely hard to find the root cause of my broken Pasquini machine, working closely with the manufacturer to correctly diagnose the problem. I appreciated the perseverance and willingness to keep digging in until they were confident everything worked perfectly.

Very friendly, capable people who did a great job on my 15+ year old Mazzer grinder. It's like new in performance and appearance. The whole process was very smooth and just as they described on their site. This is the second time that they have done work for me and I'm very pleased.
