My built-in Sub-Zero was making terrible noises and not cooling properly at a home in Westwood. Called Elite SubZero in Beverly Hills and they sent a specialist within hours. He diagnosed multiple issues with the evaporator and sealed system that another repair company had totally missed last year. He was incredibly professional and explained each problem while showing us the worn components. Thankfully, he had the critical parts in his truck and ordered specialty ones with rush shipping. Fixed our expensive unit completely by the next day for much less than the replacement cost. I'm so grateful to find these guys for our high end appliances!

Our Sub-Zero built-in stopped cooling at our home over the weekend. Elite sent Alek Monday morning who found problems with both the compresser and control board. He was super knowledgable and had most parts with him. Fixed it all perfectly and even gave us maintenance tips to prevent future issues. So grateful to find real experts who only work on these high-end appliances and really understand them!
