The electrician that was sent was kind and qualified enough. Unfortunately the company itself is just about the money. They have a minimum troubleshooting fee of $250, which I agreed to. When the technician first showed up, he wanted to charge twice that because there was a sub panel. I argued that with the management (we knew which panel had an issue.) Then the company quoted $675 on top of the troubleshooting to replace a 100 amp 240 V breaker. This sounded way too much. Sure enough, when I got other quotes, the work was $280 total. I spoke with the Blue Moon electrician and he said there’s nothing he can do about it; it’s the company’s policy to charge these prices. Well, my policy is to not get ripped off.
