I have yet to come across a company that takes such pride in their work like A-1 CARPET CLEANING CA. I will not consider any other company to clean my carpets or air ducts. In contrast to other carpet cleaners I have experienced in the past, who seem to employ individuals just for a paycheck, this company is committed to making a difference and delivering top-notch service. I rate them 10 out of 5 stars! I am truly grateful for all the work they have done! Duane, Nathan, and Jaime, you guys are doing a phenomenal job. Keep it up!

Imagine...deep red nail polish spilled on a porous basket weave white tile floor! I was really worried, but then I remembered that a local carpet cleaning service also does tile. I gave them a call, and they assured me that if they couldn’t remove the stain, there would be no charge. Not only did they manage to get it ALL out, but they also cleaned the entire floor—it looks spotless! I’m planning to have them clean my two tiled showers next! Their work on our college rental carpets has always been great, but this time they truly went ABOVE and BEYOND.

I found myself in quite the predicament. I was in the midst of painting the ceiling of our new place and within a few short moments, about a quart of ceiling paint found its way onto the master bedroom carpet. In the wake of this minor catastrophe and a failed self-cleanup attempt, I quickly searched online and found a top-rated carpet cleaning service. What a lucky find it was! I made a call, explained my mishap, and after a comforting chat, Duane offered some helpful advice to mitigate the damage until he could arrive. He assured me he would fit me into his schedule as soon as possible and aimed to be there by 3 (this was around 1:30). Taking his advice, I prepped the area and, to my relief, Duane arrived at our home by 2:30. His professionalism, knowledge, and courteous nature were immediately evident as he got straight to work rectifying my blunder. In no more than 30 minutes, the paint was removed, the carpet looked as good as new, and I was back to painting - this time, ensuring the paint stayed on the ceiling, not the carpet, by 3:15. If it were possible, I would award this company with a 6-star rating. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service was outstanding from the get-go. I am certain I will be using them for regular carpet maintenance and any future emergencies, and I urge others to do the same. You will not be disappointed!
