Abe was excellent, answering the call outside of regular hours and arranging a service appointment promptly. Rolando showed up on time and resolved our problem quickly and efficiently.

Rolando got our secondary thermostats up and running after discovering the issue with the large thermostat's communication system. The problem was resolved when he replaced the faulty control board. He also upgraded three iHarmony thermostats, which are now paired with the main unit. All is working smoothly thanks to Rolando's work.
