Avoid this company at all costs. They're utterly unreliable and show no professionalism. We paid nearly $1,000 to fix our AC, but the problem persists. Just days later, it broke down again. Multiple attempts to get a follow-up were met with complete silence. The service is atrocious.

We hired this HVAC technician to repair our AC unit, which was blowing hot air. He arrived, worked on it for about an hour, charged us a significant amount ($800) and claimed the issue was fixed. However, just days later, we were back to the same problem. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, he stopped responding altogether. We ended up hiring another technician to finally fix the issue. The lack of accountability and high cost for subpar work is extremely frustrating.
