Water heater stopped working suddenly. They replaced it the same day and everything is running perfectly now. Clean job and fair pricing

The repairman did an excellent job fixing the water heater. He responded in a timely, kind, and educational manner. Yes, I will use him once again and suggest him to others.

They showed up within the hour on a Sunday before a public holiday and kept me informed of his progress the whole way through the job.

The team's provides oustanding service. They were able to come out first thing the next morning after we called. They were able to to fix a mojor broken pipe under the foundation in one day and the men who came out are 2 of the hardest working men i have seen

Great company to work with. Their people were quite professional, and the work was done very quickly, in fact, I just recommended them to my next-door neighbor. I highly recommend these folks, they are top drawer in every way.

My water heater stopped working, so my landlord called this company to come after regular business hours to take a look at it. The owner was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to repair it the same day. He explained in detail exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond the regular customer service you expect from a plumbing company. Enjoying my hot showers once again!

Have counted on these guys time and time again. Always the best experience with a phenomenal job done.

Installation way more complicated than anticipated. He was worked thru issues efficiently and communicated well. Would def use again.

Fast service. Will schedule appointments in hour slots rather than others that make you sit at home for four hour windows. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Sunset West delivers terrific service and they are very reliable! We use them for our plumbing needs and occasional emergencies.

Great work by Oliver late on a Friday with our kids and the dog running around making a racket. Took time to properly diagnose what the issue was, explain and remedy, all while having a friendly demeanor. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend him for any work you need!

I called Sunset W Plumbing with a long list of big and little things that needed to be done around the house. 2 guys arrived on time, and quietly went thru the list. V polite and professional, no upselling or sandbagging. When I got the invoice I was surprised cuz I expected to pay a lot more. Totally pleased w everything.
