They are expensive, however there're always on time, do a great job, fast and have great employees that work fast. They also offer different options and premium equipment.

This shop was amazing. They came out to look at our furnace which was making weird noises. Parts were ordered for repair and it was working the next day!

Met with Tim about a Fireplace vent. They don't have them but he was more than helpful. A very nice young man with a lot of knowledge about all things Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning HVAC systems. He went over and above to help me.

These guys are amazing. They are responsive, reasonably priced, on time , and they know what they are doing. They can handle a variety of plumbing, HVAC, issues. Do not hesitate to reach out to these folks if you have a need , you won't be disappointed.

The BEST! After a night without heat in 14 degree weather and being told by another service it would take a week to get the part and cost $1,000 to fix the furnace, we called Mike at M&M. He was here in less than an hour, the furnace was fixed in an hour for $405! Thank you Mike! We are clients for life!!

Prompt, polite and efficient! We needed service in the middle of a heat wave, and figured it would be at least several days before someone could come out. They were out the same day! Arrived when they said they would, made sure to communicate what was going on, and before I knew it, the AC was back to blowing icy cold air.

Excellent customer service and very honest. I highly recommend these guys. Initially I called another big company in Big Bear and they said the cost to repair my heater would be $2200 or the cost of heater replacement would be $3,600. M & M fixed the problem for under $300. These guys are honest businessmen. Much thanks!

My husband talked to Tim regarding the work that we wanted to be done, which was to install a thermostat and replace the stove heater fan. We agreed to schedule a diagnostic service call to determine the total cost of our request. We decided to install the thermostat for $ 145 and to provide us, BEFOREHAND, with the cost to replace the stove heater fan. However, without getting the quote, the work was performed, and I later received a $774 invoice without an itemized bill and/or the warranty of the job/part. (Note we provided the new thermostat)

We inquired about the itemized bill and the work/part warranty (in writing), but we were informed that the owner’s policy is not to provide such information. Although the work was nicely done, the owner's policy not to comply with the customer requests makes you believe that they are hidden charges taking advantage of the customers that do not live in the area. We will definitely be reaching out to BBB.

M&M Mechanical is not only timely, responsive and professional, but informative! Dean was my service representative, and from the initial hello, to the service and completion, he kept me informed and also explained, that my unit was in good condition. It DOES NOT need to be replaced, as ANOTHER HEATING AND PLUMBING company in Big Bear Lake suggested. They barely looked at the unit and told me, I needed a new one, for $6,100.00! I highly recommend M & M Mechanical Services company, don't call anyone else. I have lived in Big Bear Lake for 25 years, these guys are the BEST!
