Reviews of local pros in Big Bear, California

We have used this wonderful cleaning team since we first opened our short-term rental property. We get review after review glowing about how clean and cozy our cabin is, and I certainly attribute that to this awesome crew. They are communicative, prompt in response, and trustworthy. We are so happy to have stumbled across them over two years ago and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a service for your family getaway or short term rental!!

I was immediately at ease once I switched to Lori and her team with LP for my rental cabin in Fawnskin. Very easy to communicate with, very professional, and just all around good people! Most importantly guests have been complimenting how clean everything is and the personal touches they put into the cabin. Lori sends pictures after each cleaning which is so lovely and helpful, and she inspects after every guest to make sure there is no damage or missing items. Lori’s husband is also a handyman so can help fix things that break when I’m not able to do it myself. I highly recommend Lori’s Clean Team!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Star landscaping services right here. Would definitely recommend. Great company!!

Fabulous, professional

Very professional on time would recommend his services to everyone

Justin was extremely helpful and responsive and extremely professional in all aspects of our landscaping project, from irrigation, plant selection, planting, rock work and lighting.

Justin has always done amazing work and is super knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased and happy with all the work he has done for me.

Justin was a pleasure to work with. He delivered the work outlined with great quality and craftsmanship. Will definitely use him in the future.

We have had a number of projects completed by Justin Robert Landscapes. The Paver driveway was installed along with installing a sprinkler & Drip system for ground cover on a large slope and bordered with rocks at the bottom of the slope. This project came out very nice. The landscaping to install sod, a sprinkler & drip system, flowers, shrubs and a waterfall, up by the main deck area came out beyond our wildest dreams, This area could be in a Home & Gardens Magazine it is that outstanding. Finally and additional paver install in the BBCUE area along with a gas fire pit was the icing on the cake. Justin and his team were very polite, thorough in their work and clean up. You want something you can be proud of He's your Man. As a footnote let me just say This work was done a few years ago and last year (2023)we won the Big Bear Xeriscape award for best home .

Justin did a great job on our property. Very easy to talk to and answered all our question. Arrived on time, stayed in contact with us with pictures of the job site. We would definitely refer him to other customers.

We did a complete renovation starting from ripping out the existing pad and dining area and walls to a totally new pad and living area; complete with a firepit area, parking area, living area, artificial turf, BBQ insert and planter area. Justin was on top of all the HOA requirements and very communicative throughout the process. Justin was a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with the final result!

Great experience and excellent work! Great communication throughout the process, and was real nice and accommodated me when I asked for a small, extra task as well. I had a dusty lot and some drainage issues, and Justin made great recommendations for how to resolve it. I’m super happy with the results, and now don’t have to worry about dust or mud with my dog going in and out all day, and the drainage bed successfully moves water away from my house! It looks way better than I imagined. Very professional, highly recommend!

Full outside kitchen including an oven, pavers and landscaping! Highly recommended! Excellent workmanship, very professional and great communication throughout the process! Justin was great to work always follow-up after the completed projects.
Thank You Justin Roberts Landscaping!!

My wife and I purchased a cabin in Big Bear with a backyard that was less than usable for anything other than a cement slab. There was no privacy, no fence, zero character, and no reason to open up the back door. We had a vision and a drawing of what we wanted, and after meeting Justin, we knew he could bring that vision to life.

Justin transformed our backyard into a beautiful and functional space. He installed a stunning fence outlining the property, bistro lights hanging from the house and outlining the roofline, and excavated the hillside to build a retaining wall with a built-in planter for spring flowers and a bench for the dining table. To the right, he created a built-in BBQ with power.

We also wanted to add some design elements with a couple of new trees and a hammock with hidden support poles. However, we faced a small problem: irrigation. We didn't want to run a waterline to the back of the property. Justin developed an innovative solution using rain barrels to store water and a battery-powered irrigation system to keep the new trees healthy. And, of course, we had to have a gas firepit.

Justin's attention to detail and meticulous planning ensured that not a single item was overlooked. Our backyard is now a beautiful retreat that we love to spend time in. Thank you, Justin, for bringing our vision to life!

Highly recommend Justin Roberts Landscape for anyone looking to transform their outdoor space.

I am thrilled with the job that Justin did with my new yard! It turned out even better than I imagined. He and his crew were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend him.

Great company to work with. Work done on the Cabin in Big Bear was solid and came in UNDER the quoted price. That's a first!

I recently worked with Liconas Construction, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in the success of my project. They took the time to understand what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never made me feel rushed or overlooked.

What really stood out was their attention to detail. Every part of the work was done carefully and with pride—you can tell they care about the quality of what they build. The crew showed up on time, kept the work area tidy, and stayed transparent throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and any small adjustments I requested were handled without hesitation.

The final result exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and honest workmanship the way Liconas Construction does. If you’re looking for a team that treats your project like their own, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They truly delivered exceptional work.

Outstanding work from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They communicated clearly throughout the entire project and made sure every detail was done right. The quality of craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the job was completed on time and on budget. It’s hard to find a construction company you can truly trust, but this one delivers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality construction work.

He did a great job, I was very pleased with the outcome of my yard.
