Jared was amazing!! They were quick to diagnose, quick to repair on a weekend and brought in the parts to show us what was broken!! Totally recommend this company!

They came out within hours of our call. The issue was a capacitor and they could have claimed it was a motor and charged more, but they were honest and quick.

Great work on installing every to my house. Their technicians/workers were extremely professional explaining every thing that was being done, and explained in detail every question I had. I was impressed with the whole experience during & after.! If I had any questions or problem they didn’t hesitate to resolve it as soon as possible… Customer service was also kind as well as helpful anytime I called. I’d recommend them to all my friends and family, which I’ve already have..! Bottom line, I’m a happy customer…

The heater service was timely the same day. They repaired all the mistakes in a hurry and caution. I was very much impressed with the concentration of the worker. Everything is okay now and I am very pleased.

0/5 is not an option, but should be. This company is completely dishonest and not worth your time. They were dispatched for a home warranty claim on a clogged drain and they said they needed a speciality truck to complete the work. The took payment for doing nothing, and the second truck never arrived. The stopped answering their phone and they are complete criminals. I am not sure how they are able to stay in business since they are so dishonest. Every single review written on this site mirrors the experience that I had as well. Stay away from Gennaro's Plumbing!!!!
