Constraction reviews in Bodega Bay, California

Excellent work from start to finish on a complicated project - design, permitting, construction and ongoing communication all excellent. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Adam and his crew at Connell Construction. Our project was a full kitchen remodel, which included removing a couple of walls, adding a steel beam into the ceiling, replacing windows and doors, and installing new cabinets and appliances. The end result turned out exactly as we'd hoped.

Throughout the project, Adam and his team kept the work site clean every day, always kept us in the loop on progress, and showed real craftsman-level attention to detail. The entire crew was friendly and professional, and they made sure everything was finished to our complete satisfaction.

The price was very reasonable for the scope of work and the initial bid was very detailed and transparent. Now that everything's done, there's nothing we look at and wish it had been done differently. We love our new kitchen! We would definitely use Connell Construction again in the future.

Adam and his crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in the timeframe as promised. The friendly crew cleaned up the job site every night and were respectful of our home and property. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them for our future projects.

Adam and his team did an exceptional job at my home. He installed a very complicated window and door package. He showed up on time and came in on budget. His team was pleasant to work with and they did a great job cleaning up every day. I would hire Adam again and would refer him to a friend or family.

Connell construction run by the owner. Adam replaced my rotting deck stairs. He improved on the design made it more comfortable to go up and down the stairs. I am disabled walking is very hard for me. He, his crew did above average work. It’s a lot prettier because of his design with hidden fasteners and sanded trim work. All hand rails were sanded so no slivers he delivers what he says and my deck and stairs were way beyond what I expected thank you, Adam. if you choose Connell construction I can’t imagine any disappointment you would feel

Adam and his crew were highly professional throughout the entire process, delivering excellent results. I highly recommend Connell Construction and look forward to the next opportunity to collaborate with them!

Posting from Lee Boyack, Sebastopol CA:
From our first contact, Adam Connell was prompt, professional and helpful. At each point in the project he made sure we were clear on the specs and in agreement with the plans and costs. His crew members were awesome and seemed to enjoy their jobs--which brought joy to the replacement of four French doors outside of our living, dining and kitchen. Highly recommend and we look forward to working with Adam and his crew on future construction projects.

To Whom It May Concern,

It is my pleasure to recommend ‘Connell Construction’ for general construction projects. I give ‘Connell Construction’ my highest recommendation without any reservation.

Recently Adam Connell and his team of skilled craftsmen replaced a large deck and renovated the flashing, water-proofing, and shingle siding of several walls of my home. I found Adam and his team to be very competent professionals, that were knowledgeable, communicative, likeable, and able to complete the project in a timely manner with an excellent outcome.

Needless to say, I am very happy with the final results of the completed project, and I would not hesitate to work with ‘Connell Construction’ again. That said, I highly recommend Adam and his team for general construction projects that you ‘have in mind,’ and I have absolutely no doubt the final results will be superb.

Sincerely,
Robert

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Adam Connell and his crew. I am just wrapping up a seven month major home renovation project led by Adam and I could not be happier with the result and the experience. In the year preceding this project i interviewed many GCs, knowing that this was an enormous undertaking and really wanting to have our best shot at it being as pleasant as possible. Adam immediately stood out from the crowd. He is prompt, professional, transparent, and communicative.

(And, it may sound silly to say, but of all of the GCs I spoke with, Adam was one of only two who did not turn their focus when my husband walked in. As a woman leading the project, this was an utmost priority to me.)

Throughout the process, if a change needed to happen, Adam offered sound advice without ever trying to influence my decision and supported all of our goals, visions, and ideas. He leads a phenomenal crew who is kind, talented, and fun. They were even great with my little kids who loved to poke around. They are creative in finding the best solution that will meet our needs and Adam's commitment to quality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Best of all, I felt like the team was proud of the project and enjoyed what they were doing and now that we're moving back into our new and vastly improved home, it feels infused with their positive energy and good vibes. While I'm thrilled to be done with the project, we will genuinely miss this crew.
