I hired another company to clear a clogged sink, which led to a broken pipe. There was no way to easily access the pipe. Kheigan accepted my unconventional solution to open up the rear of my house instead. This inconvenience didn't bother me because I plan to replace the siding next year. Keegan was careful not to damage existing siding in order for me to be able to put it back on until I begin the replacement project.

My water heater stopped heating suddenly seven years into its life cycle and started leaking. Trevion guided me through the entire process after I called New York Plumbing. He asked for photos of my existing setup to determine what he needed to fix the problem. Shortly after, I received a phone call from him informing me that everything was located and he would be out that afternoon to install my new water heater and bring all the existing pipes up to code. They were prompt, left no mess behind, and kept us in constant communication. Such prompt responses are rare these days. They are a company I would recommend to anyone. New York Plumbing, a fourth-generation family business, is an added bonus.

I'll start by saying that as a single parent, it can be difficult to determine which companies to trust for honest inspections/quotes if you do not know much about the topic. Tony Serrano, the worker was named and I immediately knew that he would be a reliable person. He explained the situation and told me what was needed. He made me aware of the work that was most urgent. He was honest and quoted me fair rates. I did not feel that he was trying upsell me on work or extras. His friendly demeanor and all the help he provided were greatly appreciated. I never saw him get frustrated when answering my questions. I was pleased with the service he and his team provided. I recommend Tony Serrano, not just the company. He will ensure you get the best job done.

Great service and worth the money!

Rude! The person who answered kept cutting me off before I can ask the full questions I had. Demanding he see the job instead of letting me explain what I needed. He said he does not quote over the phone repeatedly as the answer to all of my questions.

Hector came over he did the job and we watched a bit of the chivas game. Go Chivas. I wanted him to stay and hang out and drink a brewski with me and the boys but point is he’s very profesional. He’s on time and he won’t stiff you on prices he’s a great guy and sometimes I wonder if I went too far when I told him how Real Madrid isn’t as great as they say and maybe that’s why he won’t reply but he’s a great plumber. 10/10 would let my pipes rust and break just to see hector.
