General Contractor reviews in Bonsall, California

Always does great work!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Highly recommend.

Joe shows pride in his work. Communicates well through out the job and takes the extra second to do things right. Keeps a clean work site everyday.

I've used Joe off and on for many years. He's very honest, creative in problem solving, quick and fair. I find him extremely reliable.

Joe and team offered quality work and exceeded communication expectations!

I had a mystery plumbing leak from my upstairs bathroom to my downstairs shower... I had two plumbers come in and tell me that it couldn't be the pipes, that I might have a crack in my bathtub?! Regardless, the issue needed to be fixed, because wherever the water was coming from, it was rotting away the drywall in the ceiling below. Joe's Construction was able to quickly pinpoint the problem (the pipe in the upstairs tub overflow was not connected, so water was leaking through). He quickly expertly repaired the plumbing problem AND the drywall on the wall/ceiling below. Will absolutely use their services again!

I found Joe years back and he’s proven to be the best out there. He’s punctual, affordable, hardworking and most importantly delivers quality work. I’ve been in business for over 20 years and only wish I had met him sooner. I refer him to most of my clients and they all sing his praises. In a world full with of contractors, you won’t be disappointed!

Joe recently remodeled our master bathroom. Since I work remotely as a court reporter and my office is right down the hall from the construction zone, I was worried about the noise, but Joe kept me informed every step of the way when power shutoffs may be necessary or if he anticipated an increase in the noise. Joe’s Construction exceeded our expectations & we are beyond pleased with the outcome!!

I have worked with Joe and was impressed with his professionalism, time management, attention to detail and effective project management. In residential remodeling, finding a contractor that is reliable, accurate and provides quality work is fundamental to a successful project. I definitely recommend him as world class professional.

From the initial consultation, it was evident that they truly take pride in their work and value customer satisfaction. They listened attentively to my ideas and provided valuable insights to help me make informed decisions about the project. Throughout the remodeling process, the team from Joe’s Construction Company demonstrated excellent communication skills. They kept me informed about the progress, any potential challenges, and the timeline for completion. The craftsmanship exhibited by Joe’s Construction Company is second to none. Every aspect of the remodel, from the structural work to the finishing touches, was executed with precision and care. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the transformation of my space.

Lastly, the entire team at Joe’s Construction Company was courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. They maintained a clean and organized work site, minimizing disruptions to my daily routine.

In summary, I highly recommend Joe’s Construction Company to anyone seeking a remodeling contractor in San Diego. Thank you, for making my home renovation a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience.

I hired Joe to do some work at my house and cant say enough good things about him! He did a bathroom remodel and some other side jobs. He is very professional and reliable and has an eye for creativity. I have recommended him to several clients and they have also all had a great experience with him. He will not let you down and sets himself a part from other contractors who try and take advantage of people. He is trustworthy and very educated in what he does.

Joe just finished up my kitchen and bathroom renovation and did a great job. Joe was very professional and responsive and paid very close attention to all details to make sure everything turned out as I wanted it. He was always pleasant and knowledgeable to communicate with. It is very hard today to find a contractor to work with that earns your trust and confidence. Joe is one of the rare individuals who meets that standard. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

Joe and his team are fantastic! They put a two-sorry addition to my home. They were clean, respectful, organized and had great/thorough communication. Definitely made the process easier than expected. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to work with Joe for my bathroom remodel. His pricing was competitive and I appreciate the tips he gave to make the bathroom remodel perfect for my home. He did a great job with communicating updates and lead time for ordering materials and project timeline. I look forward to working with Joe again on future projects.

Joe is incredible and the real deal. Communication was fantastic, project was completed before estimate, professional and takes pride in his work as did his crew. After living through the worst contracting experience with a different company I was incredibly nervous. However after working with Joe we will work with no one else. If all goes well he will be working on a much larger and complex addition for us next year. We will be repeat customers for life. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

Joe and his team are very good at what they do. He was able to accomplish everything ahead of time and made everything extremely transparent with the work that was going to be done and how. I would highly recommend him to others. He worked on my dad's place and mine. Both times the projects came out good. He was able to build my patio within a couple days and his team was able to redo my roof within a week.

Great experience working with this construction company. They were reliable, communicative, and delivered quality work on schedule. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them.
