Luis and NGE tree company are very professional and knowledgable about tree care. I had an exceptional experience with the NGE company from the point of making the appointment to their timely arrival at my residence to cut down my giant Banana trees and trim my palms. They worked efficiently to get the job done to include stump removal. I am a repeat customer and i will only hire NGE to take care of my tree, landscape and hardscape needs. I have been using Luis and his crew for years. I have large avocado trees, palm trees, giant birds of paradise, and a massive California Strawberry tree. They do an absolutely amazing job in trimming and cleaning up. I like my trees trimmed but not too bare, and Luis and his crew get it right every time.

We’ve had several projects done from New Green Tree Care inc. Our experience has been very positive. They are accommodating, and friendly. Very professional, show up on time and get the job done. We feel fortunate to have had them recommend by a friend. Looking forward to working with them again.

Green Tree removed about a dozen large trees and ground the stumps. Their team was efficient, safe, and friendly. They cleaned up well, including our neighbor’s property—and delivered excellent value.

Best company ever…. Amazing arborist and landscaper and now he has a contractors license too. They do amazing work and very fair prices. We use them so much they have practically become like family to us!!

Luis and his team were great! My fiance (who is also a general contractor) found his business and they were able to fit us in quickly. We recently purchased a 5 acre property that was very overgrown and Luis and his team got right to work. We appreciate them and will continue to use their services, and recommend them to others. I have done business with New Green Earth Tree Care for approximately 4 years. Luis pruned a 50 foot tall tree on my hill. I couldn't believe how perfectly it was shaped. I am an avid gardener. I know how hard it is to do that. He was recommended by another neighbor who had used him twice before. He came to rescue of our HOA. I had to fire the existing landscaper for numerous reasons. We were desperate. We had very little money to offer and could not find anyone. After pleading, he gave us one of his employees for an EXTREMELY reasonable price one day a week. We were appreciated as valued customers and he wanted to help us out. Since that time I moved to acreage. He cleared out the lower 2 acres (it was a jungle and crowded with trees) re-plumbed my 14 valves, built a retaining wall in my front yard, and created an extremely professional drain on the side of my house. I have referred him to numerous friends and he has done work for all of them. They comment how they got bids much higher for the same work. Everyone loves his work. I cannot say enough about Luis and his partner/wife Griselda.

A neighbor introduced us to New Green Tree Care yesterday. Luis gave us a quote and returned today with five workers and took out our huge Ficus tree that was close to our fence and storage shed. They worked as a team and got the job done in four hours with no damage. When they left everything was cleaned up and our patio looks like they never came…except for more sunshine!
His wife, Griselda, coordinates the office stuff and was on top of calling when they expected to arrive, if traffic was heavy and they were 5-10 minutes out, etc.
The entire team was a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled to have met them and will definitely use them in the future!
