Constraction reviews in Boulder Creek, California

Timely, expetienced and knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Highly knowledgeable, and professional.
Honest and hard working. I will definitely hire Mr Kaemmerling again.

I had Billy do several projects for us and he was very reasonable on price, exceeded my expectations, and took care of us.

Have hired Bill several times over the past 10 years. He is reliable, reasonably priced and does quality work. Highly recommend.

Mr Kaemmerling ,Bill, was hired to build an addition to our cabin in Boulder creek . The cabin was built on post and piers on a downhill slope . The cabin was built in the 1930s , which adds another complication .
Bill took on the task and completed it on time and under budget . He made suggestions on how we could save money and increase the integrity of the addition . He was always on time , made himself available for any questions ,and always had a clean worksite .
In this era of bad contractors and shoddy work , B-K Construction is an oasis in contruction world . I would recommend his company for any work from tree houses to room additions and everything in between .
He is an honest man ,to him there are no dumb questions and he is always trust worthy .

Billy completed several projects for us at our home. The quality of his work is excellent and reasonably priced He's a great guy, and we would highly recommend him.

BK Construction is hands down the most dependable, professional, detail oriented contractor I’ve ever seen. The quality of work will never be less than perfect. I highly recommend using BK for your next project. You will not be disappointed.

I've worked with Billy a number of times and have always been impressed! He delivers high quality work, is dependable and does it all with a smile on his face! I highly recommend BK Construction!

Billy was very professional and punctual on his time line. He had great work ethic, and did great finish work. Overall, I was very happy with his work and being in the industry myself, I would recommend him to anybody. Thanks Billy!

We’ve hired BK Construction for several projects including the conversion of a deck to a sunroom - including interior/external finishing and roof extension - foundation work for an outdoor patio/hot tub, plumbing installation, and general advice on planning for future projects. Billy is fair, talented, and the end result is always beyond expectations! I already have a major deck replacement project on his radar!

Bill rebuilt our cabin after a tree fall. His attention to detail is second to none. He is very easy to work with. We had some challenges but were able to work through them easily. If I have another project, he will be the only one I call.

The reason I went with BK is the stuff that isn’t talked about like the communication and all the personal touches on what you as a customer have been expressing to the builder and ultimately gets carried out .

After our house had a major accident, Bill did an amazing job repairing all of the damage to the house, as well as doing some major upgrades to the house. He was very responsive and communicated along every step of the way, and the final result is nothing short of a miracle. I would recommend him to anyone needing work done on their house, no matter what the issue is or how large or small. Thank you again Bill for all of your hard work getting our house back to being livable again!

Bill and his guys did an amazing job on several projects at our home. Bill is easy to work with, very friendly , communicates well, very knowledgeable and delivers high quality work in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond. We will definitely contact him for all our future projects.
If you’re searching for an exceptional contractor, look no further. You’ve found him!

Recently updated my kitchen. I am absolutely in love with the work that they did. Very upfront and honest, also hard-working

The owner Pete was a pleasure to work with. We hired him to build us a deck and it came out exactly how we wanted it. He was efficient and extremely knowledgeable! Look no further, you've found him!

So glad I found Pete and his crew to help build out our deck. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Looking forward to having these guys help me out with a bathroom renovation in the future !

Pete is very responsive - good communication, - he and crew did a remodel on our kitchen, and 2 baths - did a demo on the old counters and sinks, - he made good suggestions on the comparative benefit of various counter tops - replaced all kitchen appliances, all new counters and sinks - overall excellent job.

Pete and his crew fixed from dryrot on a wall that had accumulated over many years. Great guys and good work, left area clean, ect. Highly recommend.

What a relief... We went several months with no kitchen because the previous "contractor" took off with our money. With a demolished kitchen and nowhere to turn, we started a search and found Pete. He responded to our call within 24 hours and had begun the process of sourcing material and planning our remodel right away. Pete was nothing but pleasant to work with and despite being very busy, he extended his help in every way possible. The entire process took about one month. Pete and I his guys paid strict attention to detail. It was evident that they take a lot of pride in their work. We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and get excited every chance we get to spend time in our dream kitchen. We highly recommend Briones Built and his start to finish superb execution.

Briones Built did an amazing job redoing our siding and building a storage room! Their quotes were accurate and easy to understand, and their craftsmanship was top-notch. They paid great attention to every detail, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
