Shane is the best. He saved us after the CZU fire. He got power to our house up and replaced the panel later. I would highly recommend Shane and his crew. They were all very safe and professional. Everyone had masks on. They kept the job site clean and they got a complete panel replacement done in a day. Excellent! Passed both city inspectors and pg&e powered us back up at the end of the day. Top marks.

Where do I begin? This is a top notch quality small family business that doesn't cut corners on effort and thoroughness. Nick and Kat spent a ridiculous amount of time patiently analyzing our particular needs (new panel with a transfer switch for a portable generator), going over various options and expenses, and customizing our new installation to do exactly what we needed it to do. They took care of all the permits, showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and explained everything along the way. They tested everything. We passed inspection and as soon as those winter rains came we were sitting pretty with everything working exactly as expected. I would 100% work with Wilson Electric again in the future. This is a no brainer!

Wilson Electric was a lifesaver when my Zinsco Breaker Panel started frying and was in danger of setting the house on fire. We had to shut off the power to the house and Nick from Wilson Electric came out on a Sunday to replace the panel. Not only did Nick do an amazing job so that our power was restored, he trimmed out the panel so it looks good as new. Added to this Kat, Nick's partner, arranged all the permits with PG and E and the county seamlessly. I can't speak highly enough about this very effective team. They are both professional and friendly. I have been singing their praises on our neighborhood What's App so that when the need to replace the Zinsco panel happens, my neighbors know who they can trust. However, I would advise not to wait until it is an emergency! Call Wilson Electric and get those panels replaced!

Extremely Disappointed

I rarely leave reviews, but this company earned it. The entire experience was a headache from start to finish. They showed up late multiple times with zero communication, acted like it wasn’t a big deal, and then rushed through the job like they were trying to beat a clock.

The quality of the work was terrible. Outlets were crooked, switches weren’t aligned, and a few things didn’t even work after they left. I had to call another electrician just to fix what they messed up. On top of that, the pricing made no sense—charged way more than what was originally quoted and couldn’t explain the extra fees.

Customer service? Basically nonexistent. They stopped responding once they got paid.

I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and hire someone who actually cares about doing the job right.
