Our oven circuit was not working and Chad was very responsive and came out immediately. New breaker and a quick test and our oven is working again! Highly recommend Basset Electric ⚡

Accidentally cut a wire in our basement that took out the power on the front side of our home and didn’t have too many options that were open on a Saturday that could come to our home in BC. Basset Electric came out and took care of it within an hour of calling them. Our power has been restored and our electrician, I believe his name was Keigs (but I might be spelling it wrong) was super informative, kind, and efficient. Affordable too!

Chad of Bassett Electric did amazing job in finalizing the installation and registration of a 18 KW Generic Generator for our CZU rebuild. His services were very professional with excellent quality. Great electrician! Had a tree fall on my pg&e line and take out power to my home. Gave Basset Electric a call and Chad came out and let me know my options. He was personable, professional, punctual and helped me thru the process of restoring power to my home. Would recommend to anyone looking for electrical work.

Had an emergency electrical problem during a heavy rain where the power was flickering and going off/coming on by itself. Got Chads name and he came out in less than 30 minutes. About a half hour of investigation and he fixed the issue. He was fast, friendly, professional and he fixed my issue for a really reasonable price. I plane to bring him back on some renovation work i'm doing. Great guy, great company - 100% recommendation!

Chad just added a whole house surge protector for us. He is promt, professional and does quality work at a very fair rate. He's also a good communicator. I highly recommend Basset Electric!!!

Chad has been great, from initial response time, follow-up, follow through, scheduling, making it happen, dealing w inspections and my schedule, other connections, and providing assistance afterward. He made time to have the conversations and explain things I didn't understand.

Hands down , no question about it. We called three local electricians needing an entire new panel and kitchen outlet. One wanted to give us an estimate over the phone, one said it would be “probably” 3 months to complete due to permits. Chad Chotia with Basset not only completed the job within 3 weeks but even found faulty wiring that was very dangerous under our home. The job included obtaining permits from pge AND the county. There was also an unresolved old permit that he resolved for us! That would have delayed the job otherwise!
He showed up on time, every time. He even installed the kitchen bar outlet per special request for a holiday party after his usual work hours.
His employees were also polite and professional.
I will never call any other electrician—- timely, courteous, professional and HONEST!
He saved our home from a certain electrical fire!

I received a recommendation for Basset Electric from a friend and it turned out to be a solid choice! These guys were friendly, punctual, got the job done and the time frame they set, and charged me exactly the estimate we had agreed on. I'm also pleased to say that I am incredibly happy with their work! Sometimes it can be difficult to find a local electrician who is willing to take on "smaller jobs", but these guys made it easy. On a side note, the business is in fact named after their basset hound; and yes, the dog is adorable! 10 out of 10 would recommend 👍

Bassett Electric was such an amazing recommendation from a neighbor and we are so glad to have found them. Chad and his team are exceptional and their commitment to their craft is apparent. We had an urgent situation to deal with and Bassett was quick to the rescue, and even during road closures found an alternative route that added a considerable amount of time for them to get to us and made no fuss over it. Chad and his team at Basset were great to work with for our whole home generator install. They helped coordinate the cement pad work and was always responsive to out reach. He even double checked some faulty propane pipe work done by a previous group. The work was well done, timely, and very affordable compared to other groups we received quotes from. I plan to use Basset electric for future work and would recommend checking them out if you are shopping around for any of your electrical needs.

We recently bought a new home and needed to get new lighting installed as well as replace old fixtures. The owner, Chad, came over and inspected our whole house, listened to what we wanted, gave suggestions when we asked him, and followed through with the timeline/budget we wanted to work with! He came three days in a row (even during the weekend) to fix, replace, install, drill, crawl, and climb all over the house in order to get the changes we needed and wanted. After it was all done we couldn’t have been happier! We got dimmers installed on ALL the lights so we can now set different moods in every room of the house! A complete house transformation took place that already increased the value of our new home! Can’t recommend Basset Electric enough for how much they changed our home! Thank you Chad and team!
