We bought a Whirlpool dishwasher from Costco Online to replace a very old Whirlpool dishwasher. The dishwasher was delivered in the morning and DCC was scheduled to install in the afternoon. David Fernandez arrived at the appointed time. He reviewed what was required to install the new dishwasher. The installation required extra length hose and fittings from the supplied parts so he gave me a quick estimate of possible extra cost. I approved the extra cost and he started the installation immediately. The installation was not normal since the lines ran across a drawer and the water valves under the sink were quite hard to reach. Even though it was a tight space, David was able to install the dishwasher and test function and fittings in a very timely manner. He cleaned the area and explained the function as he tested it. I have run the dishwasher several times and it is worked quietly and flawlessly. Overall an excellent job and experience that I would not hesitate to purchase another appliance from Costco that DCC would be the installer.

We had a very good experience with their tech Jaime. He was professional, did the work quickly and efficiently amd got our dishwasher installed without a hitch. Moved equipment in & out of our home without any damage & was respectful. Would use them again and appreciate Jaime's effort to make it such a good experience.

We had Direct Connect Connections install our Costco dishwasher purchase. They sent an amazing man named Juan Flores. He notified us when he would arrive and was on time. He was super friendly and quick with the install. After he left, we had questions about a few things and called his direct number. He answered right away and assured us he would be back by the house to check things out. He came back as promised, reviewed the dishwasher and explained things to us. He made us feel so much better! The technician that came out was very knowledgeable. His name was Ken. He explained everything on how to use the washer in the warranty in anything I might need with the phone number as well. I thought it was great that he gave me a magnet to put on my fridge with the warranty number.

Excellent experience. The delivery team communicated with me regularly prior to delivery and as a result was able to arrive early. They were friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgable about their trade and the product. They also cleaned up nicely. This was one of, if not the best, delivery and installation experiences I have had, period.

Great job by Juan Solorio, the dishwasher installer. He did a great job installing the dishwasher and converting my plug outlet to GCFI outlet. He was very informative regarding about the do’s and dont’s when running the dishwasher. A+ job!

I purchased a dishwasher and a microwave. It took them three tries on the microwave to get it right. The first two times were installed with a slight slant. We have learned through the process the cabinet itself wasn't level, so naturally, the microwave wasn't level neither.

I have submitted my feedback and Christian Terry, Market Manager, helped reschedule a re-install. He was very courteous and very much willing to help me with my issue.

The last technician to come out is David Rubalcava. He was the one to help resolve the issue. The bracket of the microwave is aligned and the microwave is finally leveled.

There were many times I have tried to move forward after the install, but it's very difficult to unsee it.

I am very happy they were willing to come back out to resolve the issue and am happy one of their senior tech has the skills to resolve it.

Everything from pre-delivery, installation and haul away was perfect. Our installer Victor Vasquez was communicative about his arrival, punctual and very clean and proper in his work. Highly recommend!

We bought a new dishwasher through Costco and DCC is the installer they use. David Fernandez was the installer. He came after the dishwasher was installed and noted some complexities with our location. He discussed the options with us and their costs - very reasonable. He scheduled a time to come back the next morning with everything he needed. He changed out our water shutoff (which was very old) and installed the dishwasher. He was very thorough in his installation and what he told us. He cleaned up everything and took our old dishwasher away. All in all an excellent experience!

I purchased a dishwasher from Costco recently, and DCC provides delivery and installation service. The installation team includes Alex and Liz is very professional. They kept my kitchen clean when they unboxed the new one and removed my old one. They wear booties when they came into my house. They used a rug to protect my newly stone countertop when they laid down their tools. Alex even used a small drip pan to avoid damaging my cabinet when he removed the water hose. They prepares a trash bag and picked up all the trash when they left. A great quality service, I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Victor V. as our installer. He removed our old dishwasher, cleaned the area, and installed our new dishwasher with the utmost care and professionalism. I appreciated the time he took to educate and show me what he looks for when installing to avoid future issues with my appliance.
