His over the phone diagnosis of the problem turned out to be spot on and once the problem area was identified he fixed it quickly and without complaint, despite the need to move an ancient and very heavy desk to get to it!

I needed an inspection on a GFI outlet that smoked and he responded at like 1030pm at night and I was able to schedule for him to come the next morning at 1030am. He was able replace the GFI outlet and go over what could have caused the smoking. He took a lot of time explaining everything to me which I appreciated. I would highly recommend using this company.

They have performed electrical services on 4 separate occasions at our home during the past 2 years, that ranged from a call to increase the amps on some breakers in our main garage junction box to completely reconfiguring the electrical supply to our kitchen as part of a recent remodel and while doing that also installing a new induction cooking center. While being stressed during freeze warning days and working with our home warranty and home insurance companies to get someone out for emergency repair. This company was the first to respond faster than the insurance and warranty reps. His response through google was noticeably a person responding and not just an automated reply that I received that just read Call me at. Even though were able to push through with our warranty by hounding them with frustration and aggravation we had this company on standby and was ready to sign the contract if coverage fell through. When I reached out to the owner he immediately got back to me. He was really patient as we gathered other estimates, and changed our minds several times as to what we wanted. We decided to go with the owner, not just because his price was cheapest, but we had a good experience with him when he came to visit to scope out the job, and he provided a clear itemized estimate quickly. He started the work as soon as we got the light fixtures and fan delivered. They were right on time, put plastic everywhere to catch the dust and debris, cleared up and vacuumed after themselves, and fulfilled the estimate exactly as described no hidden or surprise costs, or delays. Job was done in two days exactly as planned. Work was excellent we are really happy with how it came out. We can fully recommend the owner.

Talked with the technician on getting an ev charger setup for my home and he was super quick and helpful with his service. Reached out on tuesday and he was willing to come on wednesday to install but i didn't have the charger yet so he came out for an inspection to make sure everything was well. So proficient that our neighbors came over and requested quotes. Since then with beryl our generator has performed flawlessly while some neighbors are down and out. Highly recommend.
