VERY HAPPY WITH THE TITAN AC TEAM! THE COMPANY DELIVERED AS PROMISED. MARK CAME BY TO CHECK ON THE INSTALL THAT WAS HANDLED VERY WELL BY PETER AND BRAYAN WHO WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, EXPERIENCED AND FRIENDLY...PETER WAS VERY PATIENT TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS....NICK PROVIDED ALL OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE OPTIONS AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS AND WAS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT...AND NELSON WAS HELPFUL IN BOOKING AND WORKING THE SCHEDULE FOR OUR CALENDAR...HIGHLY RECOMMEND TITAN FOR A/C NEEDS, ETC.

He really cares about the customer and takes pride in his work! He understood our situation and suggested the best solution. Brandon checked with his colleagues at Titan to confirm the next steps in our repair. Nelson was helpful in scheduling Brandon. -

This is the second time that I have used this company. They are the very best in providing service to their customers! The service technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. They go the extra mile to ensure that you understand in detail their findings of the problem with your air conditioning system and the solution to resolve the problem. However, my greatest compliment that I can give is that this company is very honest about the actual problem. They do not fabricate additional unnecessary issues with your equipment in order to charge you extra fees and services. How refreshing to know that there are companies that still believe in great customer service and are upstanding in their moral values as they provide the services. This is the ONLY company that I will use to service my heating and air conditioning unit! They are simply amazing!

Matthew was very professional and polite. We have a very old AC unit and he helped repair a leak as well as give us tips on the best course forward. When the job was done, he even helped clean up the area. Thanks again, we will definately request your services when we need to replace our unit!
