Exceptional customer service, response time and communication. Danny Luna didn't just tell me what my issue was but explained in detail multiple solutions. The transparency, skills and knowledge made me feel at ease...I am a bit confused though, upon completion of service received my invoice NOT estimate and about 10days later I received another invoice with a different total.

Fast , Friendly, Personable , Honest , and reasonable , without trying to over sell me on things he thought I could get . Instead made a few suggestions , let me know what to expect and approx. about how long I could go B4 it would be an issue and how I could take care of it myself . And however, if I do choose to fix it myself to give him a call and he would be happy to come inspect my work and make any adjustments I may need attending to , & at no charge . So I'm thinkin' , I sure can't beat that with a stick ! So as far as customer service goes , well it was a no brainer .
