I had a great experience with All Point Chem-Dry! They were professional, responsive to my inquiry, and scheduled the appointment really quickly. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. The whole process was smooth and easy. Jessie, who came to do the job, was professional, quick, and thorough. We had an excellent experience with All Points Chem-Dry. From the original contact through the finished service, the entire process was professional and seamless. Jesus, our service technician did thorough and fantastic job cleaning our carpet, area rugs, and wood floors. All Points ChemDry has been servicing my rug for over 20 years. There has never been an instance where I was not completely satisfied with the results. I’m always amazed that my rug looks brand new after they’ve finished. Thank you All Points.

Speaking with Patty to set up the appointment was a breeze, she's such a sweetheart. Jesus showed up right on time, knocked out cleaning our 2 bedroom carpets in record time and they look IMMACULATE! I wish I had known it would be this cost effective, fast, and easy! I would have deep cleaned my carpets a long time ago. Will most definitely be using them for next time!

Great service All Points Chem-Dry. Jesse was on time, assessed the carpets cleaning needs. As it turned out they need extra cleaning and Jesse suggested taking them back to the shop (my carpets are in high traffic areas and needed the extra care). All in all I am pleased with the service and follow up with everyone at All Points Chem-Dry. Will definitely use again.

Sent my rug for cleaning and got it back the day after. I was happy with how it turned out. Service and prices were absolutely right for me. I’ll use them again when I need some other rugs to be cleaned.

Jammu Rug Cleaning techs did a great job for my rugs. I have some pets so there are pet stains in my rugs, but after they are done it was so clean and fresh that I want to sleep in it. I will access them again if I need rug cleaning!
