Teníamos un problema de insolación en la casa , en días de mucho calor la casa subia hasta en 82 grados , una persona nos recomendó a Carlos y lo llamamos por una cotizaron y vino a vernos el mismo día , era un Jueves , llegamos a un acuerdo con un buen precio , el sábado nos llegó los materiales y domingo vinieron temprano y terminaron el trabajo antes del medio día. El personal de trabajo fué muy profesional ,educados y amables , el trabajo realizado fue excelente , 10 puntos . Hoy llegamos a 95 grados en Concord CA y dentro de casa la temperatura no pasó de los 74 grados que programamos el termostato , realmente ahora si podemos decir que disfrutamos del verano sin preocuparnos del calor dentro de casa .. ahh y por supuesto que el bill de la corriente eléctrica seguro será mucho menos , gracias Carlos , fué un placer conocerte y muy contentos con tu trabajo .

Carlos insulation installed spray-in closed cell foam insulation in an outbuilding of ours. Carlos was fast, reasonable, and easy to deal with. His crew was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The product they used was completely odorless and dry to the touch before the left. The did a great job at cleaning up and protecting windows and sensitive areas. I would highly recommend their services.

Booked Carlos Insulation, the crew came within two days. They did a superb job replacing our old R-nothing blown-in cellulose insulation with R-60 fiberglass bats. Carlos did it for a reasonable price that was on par with legit contractors but less than half of what the shady companies quoted. The work and our interactions were professional. They delivered everything that they promised at the price that we agreed upon. His crew—especially Lauro and Adiel— were incredibly hardworking and went above and beyond. I asked them to add extra rodent proofing which they took care of for us. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. They are honest and do great work.

Carlos is professional, punctual and fairly priced. A duct was old and got damaged, I noticed no air coming out in the master bedroom when I got home. Called him and he sent a crew to fix it right away, no charge. They also were very nice. I still payed for the new duct as it would have cost me anyways. Highly recommend.

Contacted them several days ago obviously an automatic response asking for address phone number also received an email nothing but crickets since…

Carlos was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and very professional. His crew was awesome - they did a great job securing the existing insulation in our crawl space. They prepared the areas nicely and cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend their services.

This guy Carlos is on scam. He charged me $4500.00 and promised me the airflow will go away. I’m still having the same problem and all he said that I need more money after he promised me that the airflow will be gone. I also showed him my home energy audit report and it says you have to add retro foam. But he put some cheap stuff called sound proof. Just saying people will tell you anything and sound good to take your money and act like his job is done. I had to spend more money and get the retro foam and now my problem is gone. Just saying Carlos is a snake and he will tell you anything. I’m going to be taking him to court. See you in court.

Best I can leave is a 2. Seems like a nice person but after an estimate was given I had a follow up question but got no response from the 2 txt I sent. People not responding is never a good sign.

We used Carlos in 2019 to install insulation over our garage to reduce summertime heat. The project was very successful and brought temps down 10-15 degrees. In early 2024 we used him again to install R30 mineral wool over our media room and adjacent walls to soundproof. His crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up before they left. Carlos followed up with several calls to verify that I was happy with the work. Highly recommended!

Carlos and his team did a great and thorough job insulating an attic with a combination of batt and blown-in fiberglass. The work is super neat with great coverage even though the attic was challenging to work in. They were done in less than a day and treated the house with care. Highly recommend!

Carlos did a fantastic job replacing the insulation in the attic at our home in SF. He responded almost immediately and was available to complete the job the same week, and he was very fair on pricing. I would recommend his team and would use him again in the future.
