I can't rave enough about Hensons. On a Friday afternoon my garbage disposal cracked, water was going everywhere. I had family arriving the next day and a very sick husband. Hensons rearranged thier schedule to help me out! Thank you so much! I highly reccommend them to everyone. Fast, friendly and efficient service.

I was a little disappointed with the plumber’s attitude when he showed up with two other plumbers At 4:30 pm. Heavy set guy, dark hair. He seemed absolutely bothered to be doing his job and I could tell that he just wanted to get out of here and start his weekend. Since I’m only a renter, he had to talk to my landlord, so he seemed quite inconvenienced when I tried to hand him the phone. They were also annoyed because our water softener tank was in the way of the water heater. They said they were going to move everything to get to the water heater. They CUT tubing and ground wires from the water softener tank, which they did not say they were going to do, and just left it that way. As they loaded our old water heater in their van, they left rusty water all over our driveway for us to clean up. Thanks a lot, jerks!

i contacted Henson Plumbing after i was left frustrated by another company that left me without the use of a garbage disposal and sink for about a week because they said i needed to replace my sink, I spoke with Kaitlyn and she told me the soonest they could come out would be Monday,however, when i explained my situation she told me she would see what she could do and call me back. She immediately called me back with an appt. for the next morning between 9& 11. The technician, Terry, showed up on time and was able to fix our plumbing issues and had us up and running within an hour. I will definitely use Henson Plumbing in the future for any and all of my plumbing needs and i will refer them as well. Thank you for making a frustrating experience a pleasant one and getting us running before the weekend.

Non-Emergency Appointment - Scheduling was very easy. The technician was on time and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He even ran to the shop to get a part he was missing and came back right away to finish the job. Very pleased with my first experience with this company!

I contacted Henson Plumbing after the regular plumber was unavailable due to illness. My mom's house had a sewer line backup that was progressively getting worse to the point of backing up into the bathroom. I called them on a Thursday and they got a guy to come out on the following Monday morning to assess the situation. The few others that I had called could not make it till the following Wednesday at the soonest. Also I found that some charged as much as $140 per hr for their services, a bit pricey if you ask me. Henderson charges $105 per hr and offers a senior rate of $94.50 (my mom is 80). They came prepared to unclog the sewer line early Tuesday morning (said they would be there by 8:30 and were already at work when I checked in at 8:05). I was concerned that they would charge her for the Monday visit as they mentioned that they were backed up and unable to do any work on her plumbing that day. Bottom-line; they did not charge her for the Monday visit and only charged her a flat $94.50 for one hour labor. Mom said the guys were polite and efficient, I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

They did a satisfactory job. Although I had already diagnosed the problem (bad seal at the tub overflow), I didn't want to risk an error in judgment and attempt the repair myself. He removed the overflow plate and the silicon seal the builders used but didn't want to risk reinstalling the original corroded screw so I had to purchase a replacement cover and screw and install it myself. As the cost for the service call was $134, a discount would have been appropriate since I diagnosed the problem and completed the repair AND conducted the final test.

Needed a water softener installed. Techs arrived on time and found my new house location quickly. (If you've ever had a new home, finding a new address can be an issue). The techs didn't recommend the manufacturer supplied hardware as it tended to leak. This matched everything I'd read online and they were prepared to complete the installation with real plumbing parts. Knowledgeable and professional! I don't look anywhere else!

Very pleased with entire experience. Charged $0 for appointment for estimate (other companies charge hourly rate for estimate). Appointment scheduled quickly. Arrived on time. Most important, two plumbers did the job efficiently for less than 1/2 the dollar quote I received from another local plumber ($720 vs. $1500). Will use again for any plumbing needs.
