My second floor bath tub was backed up and had still water for a day. I tried the usual tricks and nothing worked. I called Stellar Plumbing since they are local and in downtown Brisbane. Carter answered the phone and said he could come the same day for service in the afternoon. He showed up on time as agreed and gave me a reasonable plumber price ahead of time for the work. He fixed the problem and found another issue with my tub. He gave me a second quote and returned to complete the job. He was punctual, friendly, and clean. I would recommend Stellar Plumbing for anyone in the area that has issues. They take care of local residents. I was happy not to have to wait a day for assistance.

Tim and his team are the best! We have two restaurants in SF and we use TRZ for both locations. They always take care of the issues quickly and for a price you can't find anywhere else. Tim has also gone out of his way to fix problems at our house no matter what time - day/night/weekend. Can't recommend them enough!

Prompt procurement of equipment (bradford heat pump & materials), high quality installation, great customer service. Installation unexpectedly required Tim and his guys to tear down and rebuild a wall, and make several other decisions to deliver the project. They were able to adapt on the go and deliver a successful heat pump installation. Very impressed!

Don't call these guys if you want a call back. After using them 10 years on a commercial building They won't even call me back.

I spoke with her and received what we needed immediately. Once again I apologize for jumping to a negative conclusion... Customer service is best it can be with only 1 person in office.

Shan, the owner is a great guy. He has just finished a job on my commercial property and did a great job. He was very responsive , punctual. He gave me free consultation at first and when I signed the lease (3 weeks later) I gave him a call and he came back with guys and started the work right away and the result was beautiful. If you are looking for a experienced and trustworthy plumber, this is your guys. Don’t waste your time with others. Time is money.

This is a terrible company. Called them this morning to set up an appointment, the receptionist was rude and wouldn't give any kind of time frame as to how soon they would be able to come out. No idea how a company stays in business with this sort of customer service.

Just so happened I had another issue separate from the recent one. This one was more problematic -a leaking toilet. Again, workers arrived on time -David and Dimitri -and were pleasant and did a great job.

Jacob was very hard working and professional. He actually took on an additional repair that I had scheduled for a future date and accomplished both on the same visit.

On time. Friendly. Very respectful of our property. Most definitely, very knowledgeable. Did a great job installing a new water heater. Worked on our kitchen faucet. We're not getting hot water. We need to purchase a new faucet. Will have him come back to fix the hot water problem and put in the new faucet.

George Salet's plumbers helped me with a blocked toilet. Clear communication, a reasonable price, and a friendly, helpful team who set me up to avoid having the same problem down the road.
