Peter calmly and efficiently installed at easy-to-use thermostat in one duplex and in the other restored heat which had been our since the floods in January inundated the connections. I had assumed it was impossible to fix since there had been a big flood in the crawl area, but Peter was undaunted and patiently worked on it until it was fixed. What a pleasure to have heat again.
