Ray Brown is the most trustworthy man i have had the pleasure of dealing with. He is honest fair and had my best interest in mind. I had other people try and "SELL" me somthing and Ray figured out the problem and did a repair for a fraction of what i would have paid tge other company.

HIRE THEM! Woke up to water in the hall and damaged floors. Was referred to Gordon’s by a friend. Ray from Gordon’s returned our call right away on a hot summer day, made time to help us in our hour of need. Was helpful, didn’t make me feel dumb with all my crazy questions. He explained EVERYTHING to us which is helpful being new home owners.

Forgot to mention that Ray had a mask on which was thoughtful. He immediately found the problem with our system. Even though we had someone out several months ago, that person didn’t do a thorough job. Our system needed flushing and Ray cleaned, flushed, triple checked all our systems and got our air up and running. Our system has never worked so well!!! Its cooling the house much faster and the system isn’t turning on as often..much more efficient after Ray tuned it up, cleaned it out!

We are now setting up a regular maintenance schedule with Gordon’s and thrilled we have someone we can trust !!
