Your company is not professional at all and I do not wish to do business with you. I had set up an appointment before and you changed your arrival 3 different time along with the dates you were schedule to come out. You have wasted my time enough.
If you don't have the personal to cover then do t make appointments. Two days I wasted my time and money waiting. Do you think taking time off work is free???

Technician came on time as promised did a diagnosis came back a few days later now we have a good working refrigerator this technician got the job done right not like the other company who had came out to do same repairs 8 months ago
