Constraction reviews in Burbank, California

Britney and Randy did a great job, were super helpful and prompt. I'll choose them again for future work.

Brittany and her team from HERS RATERS did a great job. They were super helpful, really nice, and answered my questions honestly without being pushy.

I recently completed the HERS Test assessment on my home and was pleased with the experience. The process was straightforward and cost-efficient, making it easy to comply with new regulations on HVAC ducting. The rater arrived within a two-hour window, was punctual, friendly, and presented themselves professionally. Despite initial estimates suggesting a longer completion timeframe, I received my rating certificate via email on the same day. This streamlined process gave me confidence for my final inspection. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service provided by HERS RATERS, LLC.

Excellent service, speedy and professional - very impressed with the whole experience.

I had a great experience with this company - they were very speedy and kept my project moving at a good pace.

Daniel was a genuine, professional, and courteous individual who delivered my reports promptly and efficiently - highly recommended.

Hers Raters LLC consistently delivers top-notch Title 24 compliance for new developments in California. Their team is exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, and swift, effortlessly meeting the state's stringent energy efficiency requirements. The company provides thorough reports, effective communication, and a seamless experience from initiation to completion. Whether you're a developer, builder, or homeowner, you can rely on them for precise and dependable assessments. Their expertise and customer service make them stand out from the competition, earning a spot as a trusted partner in the industry.

Daniel and his team get the job done quickly and accurately with their title 24 energy calculations. I rely on them for all my residential projects, including singles and multi-families. Daniel is straight-shooter who doesn't sugarcoat results - he's honest and transparent in his assessments.

Terrible customer service. I emailed about being a HERS Rater and how I can match or beat current prices due to the high cost of HERS Ratings, but it came across as insincere. As an 18-year-old Stanford student promoting my business, I just wanted a friendly conversation. Instead, he called me "desperate" and "eager", implying a negative tone that wasn't there. This response shows his true attitude towards customers.

We turned to them when we were in a tight spot, desperately needing their title 24 document work done within a very short timeframe. They delivered impressively, far exceeding our expectations. Their professionalism shone through - we're extremely satisfied with the service.

Don't trust their work - it's not worth the hassle. If you want peace of mind that your AC is installed correctly and passes the test, go elsewhere. They're a disreputable company that treats homeowners poorly. As a homeowner, do yourself a favor and bring your own testing equipment to avoid a potentially costly mistake.

I recently hired HERS Raters, LLC for my new construction project, and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The company's expertise in HERS Rating, Air Balancing, Acceptance Testing, Building and Envelope Analysis, and Certified Energy Consulting was evident throughout the process. Their team was highly organized, transparent, and easy to work with - delivering top-notch results quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend HERS Raters, LLC to any builder or developer seeking a reliable partner for their energy testing needs; Daniel at HERS Raters is particularly worth contacting.

I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and service. Not only did they expediently get the plumbing situation sorted out by separating my irrigation from home plumbing but they installed the water softener system and helped me get it up and running. Pricing is more than fair and the attention to detail is impeccable.

Great plumbing service
