Had a major remodel in my house just before Thanksgiving. Because of the holiday season the city gave me hell with permits and inspections. I had to finish everything before Christmas and I was desperate. It took me a while to research and find good electricians until I found Ross from Electric Universe. I don't know what he did, but he managed to do the impossible and finish my electrical list including permits and inspections. I thought I would never get it done in time! I am so glad Ross and his guys stepped in, Now we can truly enjoy our holidays with our newly remodeled house!

Ross and the team at Electric Universe are great. They quoted us a fair price, did good work, and went above-and-beyond to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it. For example, we had some trouble with a light fixture (nothing to do with what Ross had done, just a problem with the lightbulbs we'd bought). Ross did everything he could to fix it for us, including making multiple extra trips to our house. He never once made us feel like he was doing us a favor or annoyed that a simple job had become more complicated. He clearly cared about making our chandelier function perfectly, and now it does. His team was always polite, friendly, professional, and obsessive about sweeping up after themselves.

We have worked with Tom and his crew for 20 years. Recently, we had them install an electric charging station in our garage, which they implemented with expertise and collaborated to make it aesthetically pleasing. They also repaired a sconce in the powder room that suddenly stopped working after the contractor painted our home. Three recessed lights had quit working, and they could competently offer a solution to the problem that they needed new transformers, saving us from having to replace the entire housing, patch, repair, and paint the drywall in the ceiling. They changed all the light bulbs in our outdated halogen light bulbs to LED. In addition, they were able to place an order for additional trim kits efficiently. The gentlemen were eager to provide hospitality and shared their expertise and experience to ensure our home lighting and electrical were operating at an optimized level for our home. Our photo sensors needed replacement on our outdoor lighting, and they had the parts accessible to do it all in one visit. The light bulbs on the staircase quickly changed with the proper ladders. They even helped program our garage door remotes. Above and beyond are the best words to describe our experience.
