The electrician did a great job on a really complicated split system air conditioner installation for me. My apartment is in an old complex which posed some challenges on how best to install the unit but he came up with an excellent plan that was functional and aesthetically pleasing. Honesty. If you want an honest opinion, call the electrician. He will give you the best and most economical way to fix your electric problem. Nowadays it is hard to find honest people. So many companies try take your good earned money. I called a company that has been around in Torrance for 10 plus yrs to take a look at a new light fixture That kept causing the breaker to go off even though it was pulling less power compared to the old one. After seeing the panel and fixture, this dishonest company told me I had to upgrade my panel. They even told me that it was unsafe. Talk about trying to cause fear. I called the electrician to get a second opinion. He told me what to do step by step. But for sure told me that it was not the panel. After spending 10 minutes, I found that in one of the bulbs, a metal was facing up instead of down like the others. It was so simple. That unscrupulous company would have taken me for 2 to 3 thousand dollars for unnecessary work. I was able to fix the minor problem.

This electrician did a great job installing our Tesla wall mount charger hard wired. He was prompt and was able to get the job done within an hour or so. I was looking on our utility website and found out that they were giving a rebate to customers installing EV chargers. To get this rebate, a permit was required. So I applied for a permit online which cost about ninety five dollars, and the city inspector gave me a virtual inspection to look over the charger connection within a few days. All I had to do was open the electrical panel and show them the wiring and the installed charger. It was a quick process and the work was approved by the inspector. I received my official permit that same day via email. I was surprised by how easy it was. All in all, everything from installation to permit was seamless. We are now enjoying our new Tesla and not having to go to the gas station.
