I sent a text with what work we would like to get an estimate for because his website said it was the fastest way to get a response. When he did respond all he said was "Great." Then I followed up with another text about setting up a time when he can come look at what we would like done and he never responded.

Response to owner: When you responded, all you said was "Great." Most business will then follow up with setting up an appointment or at the very least saying they aren't available. You gave me a one word response so I followed up right away asking you about setting up an appointment and you didn't respond. I waited a few days for you to respond and nothing. Then I left the review, not 6 mins later. And reviews don't just encompass the work that is done, it also how you conduct yourself as a business. If I was a one off occurrence, but it seems that you have done this to other people. It's not entitlement to expect more than a one word response from a business and once a conversation is started, to expect another response. Maybe next time if you answer a text respond with more than a "Great."
